No microwave in the room, breakfast should be included in the price

Location, parking.

Beds were horrible. We could feel the springs in our back. No clean towels left one day and toilet was clogged when we got back from being gone all day. Waited over an hour to get a plunger. My room was sold as a double queen with a magical view. The view was supposed to be fireworks. They were so small and far away that this should not be a reason to charge more for a room. All we got was a room with the view of the parking lot.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado para ir a todos los parques de Disney , se encuentra en 10 minutos de los parques, el hotel cuenta con todos los servicios que necesitas , tiene un minisuper donde encuentras todo lo basico , tiene un starbucks y un pizza hot dentro del hotel , la piscina es climatizada entonces puedes usarla sin importar el clima , ademas tiene un parque tematico para los niños.

Feels a bit run down in the rooms but they tried to hide it with paint, lots of flies coming from the bathroom, hot tub was missing the knob to turn on the bubbles,

AC didn't work properly so it was very cold in the room.

Loved the kids zone for my kids, the Starbucks on site and the room was nice and clean.

The pool outside my window was broken down.

Shuttle bus to the parks. The mini supermarket was very convenient.

Property is worn out (the furnitures, window walls). Rooms are cleaned only on the 3rd day. During check out and check in, the queue was quite long. The staff who picks the phone gives a reply for overall Wyndham hotels not for this specific hotel.

the pool is really heated and not like other hotels that say the pool is heated but it isn't, the kids zone is also very good.

the ac makes a lot of noise.

It was a bit noisy as our room was close by the elevator and we could hear the nose of other guests who came back late and talk loudly.

Loved the option of having Starbucks and Pizza hut and the kids play area but it needs fixed and cleaned better!

The pool and hot tub area was dirty and also the play area was dirty. Some of the foam tiles are coming up which causes the kids to trip when playing. It also smells! Our shower smelled so bad in our room like dirty feet!! There is no fan in the bathrooms and it just lingers everywhere. The staff could be a but friendlier at the desk . The time share people just need to stop if you talk to someone once snd they say no thank you leave then alone. Also shuttle has drop off and pick up of one time only so if you have to leave the park early you need to find another ride back! Breakfast is not included and no vouchers were given! Looking thru questions here are not up to day

Location short drive to all things disney. We visited disney springs, animal kingdom, magic kingdom, and fort wilderness. Walmart across the highway less than 5 min had so much disney gifts it was nice too. The room was OK beds comfy. Kids loved play area. I would skip the breakfast.

Breakfast was not worth the fee charged go down the road to eat.

The hotel was clean, the coach transfers were easy and there were restaurants within walking distance. The small shop was very well stocked with anything you could need.

Breakfast was very beige, same stuff on offer every day. We couldn't adjust our air conditioning and we're in the old part that had builders working all day. We had to ask them to turn the air conditioning off but then it was stuffy as no windows.

Didn’t get the room I booked months in advance. Key rooms didn’t work. Elevators didn’t really work so we had to take the stairs to the 5th floor.

The shower was great

Alarm was going off at 4:30 am, they didn’t know how to stop it. Random flooding, staff not helpful, not relaxing

Great location near theme parks. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Comfy rooms and parking was near room.

As with many hotels in Orlando, the other guests can be inconsiderate. (loud in hallways) I don't hold that against the hotel.

El hotel es muy lindo, tal cual como se ve en fotos, tiene excelente ubicación y tienen transportes gratuitos hacia los parques.

Que hasta el día de hoy 12/10 a más de una semana de dejar el hotel aún no me devuelven el depósito por garantía que te dejan al momento de hacer el check Inn

Location was as good as 192 could be. Every imaginable food, drink, entertainment, and gift shop is there. If they don’t have it, you cont need it

I am a little mobility restricted but not enough to qualify for a handicap room. My biggest complaint was no handholds in the shower. The tub was somewhat slippery and I was uncomfortable getting in and out of the shower. The H street cafe is nothing more than a limited menu at the bar. I had the pork chop rice, &!fries. Pork chop was too well done and no flavorings . I had to use alot of salt & pepper on it as well as ketchup. I ate it all of it only because I was hungry

One of the most relaxing hotels I have ever stayed at. It was wonderful and all the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The bartender that was there the 2 days we stayed was amazing!!!

The beds were so soft and everyone was very welcoming. Loved the play area for the little ones.

I did find ants in the room and that the ball pit in the play area didn’t have any balls in them.
