Gorgeous pool and updated facilities

Overall it was exceptional. Good everything was clean in place had no complaints.

As I said, everything was very good they only problem is that they forgot to put body wash in the bathroom

Que me dieron la habitacion antes del horario de check in. La habitacion tenia un ambiente separado para escritorio y kitchenet. Muy bien ubicado. Muy comodas habitaciones.

Nos alojamos 4 personas en una habitacion y solo nos dieron 2 toallas de baño grandes. Ademas solo habia un gancho para colgar toallas dentro del baño. No nos arreglaron la habitacion. No se si no la hacen sin hacer el pedido. Pero si era asi no nos lo explicsron en el check in.

Friendly staff. Manager made a point to walk the lobby, greet guests, and ask us how we were enjoying our stay. Breakfast staff was kind and on top of clearing plates. Room and overall clean and fresh. We had a large king suite.

We were a little farther away from Disney World and Epcot than I realized requiring more time/money for Uber. Yes there is a shuttle but only one pick up and one drop off time that was not conducive to our use. Still a very pleasant stay.

El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso, viejo y queda pegado a la cama, lo cual es bastante incómodo. El precio siempre puede ser mejor para nosostros

Excelente localização e acomodação para família. A piscina e jacuzzi são muito boas pra descansar depois dos parques.

This place was fabulous!! I was so impressed by how clean it was and the rooms were huge! The free breakfast was super with a wide selections of food. The pool was spectacular and having shopping and restaurants right across the street was super convenient. The restaurant and bar they had by the pool side had great food and drinks also. Loved the free shuttle to the Disney, but wish it ran earlier in the morning, but this place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you to all the polite staff, you all were awesome. We will stay here again for sure!

La habitación es grande y las camas son muy cómodas, el baño es bastante amplio tambien y se notaba limpio. La pronta atención y servicio de los que hacen parte del hotel, excelente!

El dasayuno debería ser más variable, tener muchas más opciones, sobre todo cuando te quedas por muchos días, no quieres siempre comer lo mismo. La habitación a pesar de sentirse limpia al momento de llegar al igual que el baño, no te cambian sabanas o arreglan el cuarto a diario, no limpian el baño ni sacan la basura. Debes todo hacerlo tú ( aunque debo resaltar que me he quedado en muchos hoteles y es el primero que el baño luce tan limpio al momento de llegar) En cuanto al transporte, llamé antes para averiguar y me dijeron que si ofrecian el servicio y gratuito, cuando llegué al hotel, vaya sorpresa, NO ES GRATIS, DEBES PAGAR POR CADA ASIENTO QUE OCUPES. Mejor es ir a los parques en tu propio carro si lo tienes o agarrar un Uber, sale mas económico si son mas de 2 personas en la familia.

Everything was perfect

Best Breakfast, Super Clean, Great pool, Tons of fun things, and transportation to Disney. Everything you could want out of a hotel going to Disney

The hotel offers complementary breakfast which was actually good. The room was spacious and had good amenities. Across of it there's a Target and other shopping and dining locations. While the hotel is close to Disney World, it is very far away from Universal Studios.

The toilet was dirty and its bowl had stains that on first sight looked like excrement. Also, there were a couple of maroon/brown stains on the bathroom wall. Finally, one of the pillow cases had 2 small red dots. The cleanliness of the room was lacking and they only do housekeeping every other day.

Property was beautiful, pool was beautiful, the restaurant and Starbucks on site were so convenient! Also just a 15min community to the Disney parks which made this trip so easy!

Wash clean, bright, and open

Great hotel close to Disney. The hotel was clean, had a great pool, restaurant on site and breakfast was wonderful. They offered a free shuttle to and from Disney parks. Other restaurants and shopping were right across the street..

My only complaint was that the mattresses were a little firmer than I prefer, but after a full day at Disney... You are too tired to even notice!

The room was not cleaned everyday, the bathroom drain did not smell good. There was just one elevator working for most of the days I was in there, creating huge lines. The restaurant had terrible waiting times. I was double charged for my stay, once at Booking.com, and then again in the day of check-in. I talk to the staff several times during my stay, but the issue is still not resolved. 7 days ago, they said that I got a refund, but I still don’t see anything in my credit card statement. Return my money!!
