Staff was great. Free continental breakfast was definitely a bonus. Overall the hotel and the staff were amazing. Definitely recommend

Great place with a great staff! Very cute decor inside. The pool area could maybe use a little bit of love especially the hot tub color/paint but it's a great value and a great location.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is average but better than nothing. It has an underground car parking. It is easy to reach your room from car park by an elevator.

There are many homeless people around the hotel on the beach. Also, although I ask a room closer to elevator, our room was very far to the elevator.

the staff was great. very friendly. Hotel is front and center to all the action on Pacific Beach. That also could be a problem if you are looking for peace and quiet

surrounded by three loud night clubs. I recommend getting a room in the farthest corner from the reception desk. The breakfast was not good at all. They could do away with the hot stuff and they would get better ratings.

excellent location - staff lovely Rosa cleaning room , reception staff , guy who helped us with luggage to room , lady who takes pride in running an excellent breakfast offering - clear communication- run by owner who evidently cares about it a lot

shame that there are a few vets living rough on the promenade but what else can they do and they do not mean anyone any harm

Loud nightclub across the street. We could not hear it from the room but the guests next door were obviously intoxicated and very loud.

The beach location and proximity to restaurants and public transportation was great. A large supermarket is next door too. The "beach room decor" was updated and good. The breakfast was standard fare, but nice to include. The pool area was private from the busy boardwalk, affording people watching but limiting the noise. Staff response very well to requests.

We had a poolside room that also was close to housekeeping, so we had to respond to early morning noise. The staff limited it the next day.

The location was amazing and we enjoyed walking along the boardwalk in the mornings! We had a partial view room which allowed us to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The room itself was set up very nicely and it was actually very quiet.

Bed was a bit lumpy. Beverage machines were not fully stocked and the cost of buying water was basically price gouging. The parking below the hotel was so tight, and the cost was just another way to get money. Pool and hot tub were smaller than what we had seen in the photo's on the website.

this is in the heart of a young bar crowd. during the day it was fine but at night it turned into a popping night life. our room was super quiet and you’d never know until you went outside.

Located right on the beach, clean fun modern design, friendly staff, secure parking available for $20, and decent breakfast. Restaurants, grocery, brew pub…. all within easy walking.
