The internet did not work. I was kicked off my meetings every day. The people above me were banging the floor for hours till midnight

We loved the location, it is very close to everything! The bed is very good and the amenities too. We liked everything about the hotel. We actually loved it and totally recommended it! Our problem was that on our second night, there was a group of people partying very loudly with music on the whole night in the room next to us. We could not sleep at all and it was very frustrating. There was no one from the property on-site controlling these types of things which makes this a little annoying. At 6.15 am we finally found an emergy number to call. The manager phoned the people in the room next to us and eventually they stopped the party, but it was already 6.30 am and we had zero sleep. Next morning we spoke with the girl at the front desk, who was really nice. We ask her if there was anything that can be done (like a refund for the night using these guys deposit since they did not repect the quiet hours rules). She very kindly said that she will speak to the manager and send me an email. Five days after and I have not received anything. Being a party area, they should have somone on-site over night to control partying and people being loud and disturbing other people's rest. That is the only thing we did not like and the fact that they have not reached out to us. Everything else regarding the hotel was spot on!

Good location, bed and bedding was comfortable.

Our TV kept cutting out and the WiFi connection was bad.

Nice place in great location. Room was comfortable and clean, and staff kind and accommodating.

A little noisy at times, and less privacy on the ground floor. Wifi was having problems and could not use in room (but I was able to go sit in the front office and use wifi).

Awesome beach cottage vibe!! Couldn’t ask for a better location, walking distance to everything, steps to beach, tons of great restaurants and shops.

Location couldn’t be beat and price was great for an event I needed to attend nearby that I could just walk to. I’d love to come back in the summer!

There was Kerig coffee served. There was a great hot tub. The room was cutely designed.

There could have been more than one Kerig option. The walls were thin. You could hear the garbage truck through the walls in the morning. The bed was moderately comfortable. A better mattress would have done wonders.

Great location. Designated parking for guests. Room was meticulously clean. Excellent floor plan in the room. Large comfortable sectional couch. Modern 55-65 in tv. Designated eating space with a kitchen. Large bedroom and great bathroom. For the money… you can’t go wrong. I WILL be staying there again and again.

Excellent location. Kids liked the pool.

It claims to have a kitchen but it was not stocked with any dishes or tools to be able to make use of a kitchen. I’ve stayed at many properties with kitchens and have never had such a useless experience. The staffing was not very good- the room never got cleaned & when I went to the desk to get towels and let them know, they seemed surprised, but it happened every day for a week. The room was also more dilapidated than I would have expected for the price. And the bathroom has NO place to hang towels!
