I was called to have my reservation canceled because they don't rent to albuquerque residents.. that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.. I've been renting that hotel for the last 10 years and never had a problem.. the level of unprofessionalism that's just astounding. Never again will I be staying here..

The Hotel is ok - but BOOKING.COM screwed up - the reservation never showed up in the Hotel so we could not stay there via Booking.com - but BOOKING still charged the full amount
As there is no way you can call somebody at Booking.com and the app does not have any feature to solve problems caused by Booking you are left alone. The charge your Credit Card but you cannot stay as booked in the Hotel as they never got the confirmation

I Booked the room because it sayd Pets friendly but when i got the room, my dog barked so we were told that my dog couldnt Bark because we were given a no dogs side and there Was no Space in the dogs área to get a room. We were allowed to stay as slongest there Was no complain

The gated parking lot was amazing for our stay as we did not feel the need to fully unload our vehicle. And the restaurant was surprisingly great - the food was super fresh and tasty!
