The hotel was easy to find. It is close to a number of restaurant options. The hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly and competent. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The room looked like it might have been recently upgraded. It was large and very clean. There is a kitchen area with cupboards and a sink but there were no dishes or cutlery inside the cupboards. That was not a deal breaker for us and they may have just not gotten that far if they did recently renovate. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great with a number of selections. We felt very comfortable at this hotel and will definitely be staying again when in Albuquerque. Great value for what we paid.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was even more than we expected.

They have an airport shuttle which is extremely convenient and the staff is friendly.

It's a basic set up - nothing more, nothing less. They have complimentary breakfast but eh.

O hotel como um todo é ótimo. Quarto limpo, cheiroso, cama grande e confortável. Tem lavanderia o que facilitou nossa vida. O café da manhã embora diferente do que tem no Brasil, estava muito bom.

Solo la segunda noche que me hospedé hubo bastante ruido en la noche, y también lo que no me gustó fue que en la reservación vi unas fotos diferentes del cuarto que me darían, y el que me dieron fue diferente. Solo no quise ya preguntar por eso porque llegamos cansados y con frío.

The bathroom could have been better. It had pieces of unfinished wood holding the countertop.

The beds were so comfortable! The location was great, place clean, and staff was friendly. We stayed here on both legs of our trip and will stay there again.

Hotels super expensive during the balloon fiesta. That is why value for money is low!

Good price and a decent breakfast. Beds were clean and comfortable. So were the restrooms. Staff was fast and friendly.

We didn't get a bag for our Ice bucket which had a hair in it. A/C unit was louder than usual.

The location to the highway was very convenient. Good parking.

The breakfast wasn’t like we have had at other Days Inns. The toilet kept flushing itself all night. The air conditioner blew very damp air. The beds were saggy and even though we booked a queen room, the beds were doubles and not queens. Very disappointing.

I chose this hotel over a Comfort Inn Suites not because of price it was more expensive than them but because they had an indoor spa & pool. When arrived to check in the outside grounds, building & parking lot looked clean & well maintained. Then we checked pool & Spa only to see they we supposedly cleaning pool & servicing Spa however on closer inspection the spa looked like it hadn't been functional in quite sometime due to mold & fungus at the bottom which I took pictures of and one of the staff verified, keep in mind I called the hotel directly to verify pool & spa open & working before booking. The pool looked cloudy not clear like they put to much shock & chemicals in it therefore we didn't use it for the first 2 days. In our room it appeared to be clean on the surface but we noticed it had light bulbs out in the lamps, walls were beat up with new paint over them and the room smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom was also in terrible shape as well took pictures of it, it was clean but white towels were dingy, mold spots in bathtub shower that was re epoxied over to make tub look new, missing paint underneath sink & counter top with mold at base boards & near plumbing. The worst part is the low water pressure in shower when on hot setting, water pressure was good on cold but really weak on hot which meant management has chosen to cut back on costs by turning down the hot water pressure to save not only water but the expensive of heating of it as well. Also the management would turn off ACs in the floor hallways & open the windows to cut down on costs, I verified this by checking each floor not only just ours. This is the 2nd booking through booking.

The quietness of the room and hotel in general. My room was on the first floor very close to the swimming pool and snack dispensary areas but I didn't hear any of those noises in my room.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The furniture and the design of our room were modern and pleasant. Our WiFi was secured and fast. The whole building smelled clean. The parking area had great lighting and we felt safe. The staff was friendly. We had a relaxing stay.

The water in the pool was not fresh. It was cloudy and smelled of chloramines. The breakfast did not meet our expectations.

I liked everything about the property a good place for a family trip to stay . I have nothing that I didn’t like .
