I like the property very much, it was very convenient to all downtown stores and restaurants.

The only negative I could say, but this is not the fault of the property. But to me, I thought there were too many families with little children, toddlers that stayed here over presidents weekend break. There’s so many other resorts in the area that have much larger pools and beach for children to swim and have fun. Bellasera Resort should be more marketed as an adults only resort. We traveled with my 80-year-old mother, my husband and our 16-year-old son. But when we were by the pool, we were enjoying the soft music and cocktails. At one point over our six night stay there must’ve been 40 screaming children in the pool at one time. It was really bad. This resort doesn’t lend itself to that type of atmosphere at this gorgeous, quaint, high-end resort.

The staff went above and beyond for us, the shuttles, the recommendations, the help, walking us all the way to our room upon arrival, the champagne. We loved the space the hotel offered in the rooms, and the amenities but the staff was by far the best part of the stay.

location and cleanliness score exceptional, as well as the restaurant. The furniture in the condo is somewhat old-fashioned and outdated. A more modern upgrade would do wonders.
