Fair very few things to eat

Breakfast could have been better. It wasn't hot and not was empty

The fact that they charged so much when the room wasn't worth it!

Staff seemed friendly

Biggest complaint is that the facility as well as the room wasn't clean. Also witnessed others ask for refunds and had one couple show me and my husband pictures on their phone of their room which had burn holes in the sheets from someone smoking in the room.

Beds were comfortable.

All walls, doors and windows are paper thin.

The place was terrible! Booked it for two nights and opted out of the second night because I had tiny red ants crawling all over me in bed the first night. Staff was rude and mean.

Checked out before breakfast was served. Cannot rate.

Entire facility had an odd odor. Old and outdated in every way possible. Key did not work properly in room door. No clock in room. Main ice machine was broken, second one found after 30 minute search of entire hotel, gave only a cup full of ice. Room was on first floor, very noisy entire night. This included first and second floors. As the floors, stairwells and ceilings creaked as people walked on them. Found out that this hotel has numerous permanent residents. Parking lot was virtually full by early evening. Kicker is it is on a dead end street, next to a sanitary landfill.

The pool was nice and once we got into another room it was good.

The room had a non working ac when we reported they told us they were going to put in a new ac. They did not offer a new room until we complained about having to wait another hour or longer for them to put in ac. This is a mon smoking facility but the hallways reeked of marijuana. Check in was slow and took us about 40 mins to get checked in.

Parking lot for oversized vehicles was poorly maintained. Vending didn’t work and place is very out dated. Still having to check in through a little window. The most unwelcoming thing in the world!

No shower room wasnt clean staff rude and tried charging me for something thaf room supposed to have!!
