The room we were upgraded to was bigger!

Was told they were booked and could check in earlier than the 3 pm check-in time when we arrived they were not booked out at all. Which we were given a room upgrade im assuming because of that? Plus the room had a weird smell coming from it as well as black marks all over the ceiling and ductwork. The air conditioner didn't work in the room also the shower was kind of nasty for the short period we stayed we were happy to just leave!

The facilities were good. Our room was clean, comfortable and they had a good breakfast. Location was convenient if you wanted to explore downtown and close enough to I-95, if you're driving.

Sadly, despite the good facilities, we didn't have a pleasant stay. We were tired and could not sleep due to excessive noise from other guests. Pool closes at midnight and, unfortunately for us, our room was directly above it (we were told no other room was available). At midnight people were still using the pool, making excessive noise. It sounded like there was a big party. We called the front desk and it took them another 30 minutes or so to close the pool. I don't understand why a pool would stay open until midnight, and why the staff would just let people do whatever they feel like it.

This hotel is located in a quiet area. It's a little outdated with very few breakfast options. The bed was comfortable but the room was not clean, stains on the floor. Food from previous guests left in the refrigerator and tissue left in the toilet upon arrival. I will not stay here again.

Location was ok, outside of the city but easy to go into town if you got a car.

The room was very humid. The floor felt wet and clothes would be damp after one night hanging in the room.

Location was amazing because it was near so many places that was needed by my family. The place having breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly , sweet, caring and took very good care of us during our stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. The suite was amazing. The staff was awesome and it was much closer to the beach ⛱️⛱️

The clerk at check in barely spoke and I had to ask how to get to my room. She didn't tell me my room number or anything until I asked. Then dirt washcloths were left in our bathroom from previous guest. At checkout waited well over 5 mins at the desk for the clerk to come to the desk (could hear her in the next office on her phone or talking with someone about personal matters) and she never came even after calling out several times. Finally wrote my check out time on my card envelope and tossed it on the desk and left. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER

Dirty shower. Vents full of lint. Carpet smelled so bad. Mold. My worst stay in a hotel ever. I left the very next morning and went to a Hilton. So disappointed.

The location was excellent , the city center was easy to access

Bad location and the smell of weed in the parking lot will make you sick. Only stayed 30 minutes and left. AC was terrible.
