No access to car in parking garage

Our room overlooked the river, on several occasions we saw dolphins swim by. the hotel is close to a whole range of restaurants and bars, shopping is only a few minutes walk.

Beautiful property and lots to do within walking distance

Everything was great

Room smelled like smoke when we first entered. Hotel has thin walls and could hear every noise from other room. The housekeepers could be a little quieter as they cleaning nearby rooms in the morning.

Didn’t provide the room promised Fire alarm at 5am

The woman at the desk when we checked in on March 27 she was amazing The evening person that locks up the roof garden was just so friendly We enjoyed talking to both Donna gave great suggestions for sight seeing

in general everithing was very good, very nice Hotel.

The location

The towels were so old and had many stains on them. The sheets had a hole in them. It was so extremely noisy and at 2am I was woken up by a screaming guest in the lobby to then be escorted out of the hotel by the cops still screaming at 2:40am.

We loved the location to the River walk and also the city sidewalks. Savannah is a very charming city!!

The pillows were terrible! And I stayed at a Hyatt in Miami recently and the pillows were terrible there too!! Also there was yelling in the hallway during the night.

Great location to the city and river. Room had view of river front and an outside patio 2 floors down.

Over $600 a night and the “breakfast included” is actually $30 a person added on to your bill, the beds are like sleeping on concrete super hard and uncomfortable they closed all the amenities at 8 pm. I would not have book our room had I known these I definitely wouldn’t have paid an extra $120 for a breakfast that at best should have been $15 a person. Front desk staff on Saturday was rude and unapproachable. Our shower was clogged and when I stopped at front desk they were so rude I didn’t even report it

No free coffee except between 8-9 AM. Most upper level hotels extend that simple curtesy. Food prices were too high.

I liked the customer service and their ability to hear out my issue. They resolved it quite well and I appreciated it.

My first room was filthy and looked lazily cleaned. As well as multiple things being broken within it. A baseboard, a soap dish, stained furniture. When you pay good money for a room and are immediately disappointed, it’s upsetting.

$48 parking

The location was excellent. It is within walking distance to a lot of attractions.

The bath tub was slippery when taking a shower. It needs a rubber mat.

The breakfast was delicious. Chris showed excellent customer service. He was professional at all times. We had ran into a problem while checking in. And Chris was able to fix the problem quickly. A special thanks to Christ H.

The Dinner wasn't so good. We ordered the Mahi meal and it was to salty. It left a bad tasted in my mouth.

Good location, clean, friendly

Reserved a king room and they didn’t have any when we got here too late to change plans so my wife and I spent two nights not being able to sleep together. very disappointing.

The property was amazing! Such a lovely place to stay.

Over selling king size rooms online and no stopping it.. then we have to have two full beds with no discount or anything.

Loved the location on the river and being able to watch the cargo ships go by throughout the day. Very kind and helpful staff, and loved the daily complimentary wine and beer sampling at the hotel lounge. The bed was very comfortable also.

No complaints.
