Hôtel très bien situé et chambre très propre.

La salle du petit déjeuner est très petite. Il y a la queue le matin après 09h. Cela peut devenir très long de prendre son petit déjeuner. Insonorisées a améliorée.

Die Lage ist top! Zu Fuß zum Pier 39 in 6 Min. Uns war auch sehr wichtig, dass ein Parkhaus vorhanden ist. Wir waren mit 2 Mietwagen unterwegs und diese waren im Parkhaus sicher untergebracht - allerdings für $ 60 pro Nacht. Das Zimmer war groß und es gab eine Eck-Couch. Frühstück: Tolles Frühstück - prima Auswahl.

Veel lawaai van de straat. Men keert daar de straat blijkbaar elke nacht om 3u15 en dit was zeer luid. Ook gelegen naast een busstelplaats wat ook lawaai met zich meebracht vanaf 5u30. Maar de ligging zelf maakte veel goed!

This hotel was amazing! It was incredibly clean, the sheets and bed were very comfortable, and we really liked our bathroom! We were obsessed with just how pretty the hotel was from the moment we drove up. It reminded me of one you’d see near Disneyland. The location being so close to Fishermans Wharf and Pier 39 was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t get over how happy I was knowing I could take a tiny walk up and down the pier in the morning. I remember the people right at the door who were holding bags being extremely friendly. They were so friendly and reassuring and always had a smile on their faces.

The breakfast this hotel serves is only allowed to be eaten in the specific area it is given. This was the biggest issue with this hotel, in my opinion. I found that a little strange— we couldn’t even take a cup of coffee to go from there. It really sucked that we couldn’t bring anything back because we have stomach conditions that allows us only to eat in small portions— We can’t eat a big plate of anything all at once, and we have to be very slow to make sure we don’t get sick. And if it didn’t feel like we were being rushed out of the breakfast area, maybe I would’ve stayed longer for my stomach to settle. The breakfast was very good too, so it was all-around very disappointing that I wasn’t accommodated or understood when it came to meals. We ended up having to buy food pretty soon after leaving the hotel following breakfast since we didn’t have any leftovers to have as snacks. For the price of the stay, I was hoping the breakfast would be able to be brought out with us. As all hotels, the little store inside had pretty expensive drinks and food. But if it is your last option, they’re worth it. Some of the staff at the front desk looked pretty stressed and or irritated. Some were not the nicest, but that very well may have been because of it being Pride weekend and so busy. The walls of the rooms are pretty thin. You can hear a lot of the conversations and walking in the hallways. If you want the most peace and quiet you can get, try asking for a room on the fourth floor. The walls are still thin, but less people are up there. And if you’re like us and bring any s’mores supplies, they will go to waste. We couldn’t roast marshmallows over the fire-pits her. I understand the reasoning, but there could be some authentic fire-pit or at least a little area for people to be able to do this.

1. Very good location. Extremely close to fisherman's wharf Pier 39 and Pier 33(for Alcatraz cruise). 2. Relatively safe (didn't see many homeless). 3. Big carpark.

Le petit déjeuner est très mal organisé, manque de place et si tous les occupants de la chambre n’ont pas faim en même temps impossible de prendre place… Conseil le parking juste en face est à 36$ par 24h au lieu de 57$ pour celui de l’hôtel. À savoir aussi si le titulaire du compte booking ne montre pas son passeport impossible d’avoir la chambre !!!!

Teppichboden, sauber, sehr ordentlich, großes Zimmer, kleines Bad, alles sehr gut, Frühstück ist sehr gut, richtiges Besteck und echte Teller, warmes und kaltes umfagreiches Buffet, guter Kaffee, ausreichend Platz, zur Stoßzeit mit etwas Wartezeit aber sehr gut organisiert, ständig wird nachgefüllt. Die Gegend in zweiter Reihe zum Warf ist perfekt für einen Städtetripp.

Location was perfect for 2 adults and 6 kids to get around by foot to local attractions. Pool was nice, the staff at the pool wasn't too friendly and we were disappointed the fire pit wasn't on, like they all are in the front of the hotel. Parking was good, felt safe, fair rate. Crib was provided, clean. Wish there had been extra blankets in the room. Breakfast line was intimidating, however moved fast. I appreciated the signs (and sanitizer) as a reminder for guests to sanitize throughout the buffet area! Will definitely stay again.

It would be nice to be able to grab a coffee at least from the buffet without getting seated or having everyone from your room ready to eat.

Large spaciuous bedroom and very comfy bed. Nice bar with excellent barman but he was on his own which led to slow service despite his best efforts. Buffet breakfast was excellent but so busy you felt a bit rushed but that is probably just me. Nice little shop on site called "grab and go" with coffee, snacks etc

Arrived at 8pm and tired from an international flight and room was not available, 5 hours after offical check in. In fairness the reception staff were very courteous and apologetic and resolved the situation very quick. No restaurant at hotel - not much around the immediate area although pier 39 not too far away.

Good service, the included breakfast was great, really friendly team. Love the hotel, the pool, the renovated rooms.

The area near the hotel is tourist friendly near the bay, but it was be a bit sketchy at night. Simply be careful. But to walk the city, it is a great location to practically walk everywhere and located near great restaurants in North Beach.
