Sauberkeit und Zustand. Das Zimmer war beim Bezug sehr dreckig und wir mussten es erst bemängeln, dass Spinnenweben und Staub entfernt werden. Es waren auch noch Spuren der Vorgänger vorhanden. Das ist nicht Hyatt. Die Abrechnung ist übel, passt man nicht auf, wird schnell Mal doppelt die Kreditkarte belastet. Parkgebühren sehr teuer rund 65$ plus Tax. Lüftungsanlage sehr laut, auch wenn man diese ausschaltet.

Manque de formation du personnel : quand on leur demande combien coute un taxi pour l'aéroport, la personne n'est pas capable de répondre Bruit incessant dans la chambre (pas la clim) mais un sifflement pendant les nuits Pas de café ou d'eau à la réception comme beaucoup d'autres hôtels de ce standing Parking très cher 65$ la nuit Baignoire et pas de douche dans les chambres

Two days my room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels. When I asked the front desk they said I had to ask to have my room cleaned. I thought this would be standard practice. A little disappointing to be forced to use damp towels.

I asked for a quiet room and was placed in a very loud room next to pool. The AC in the room was very loud so I couldn’t run it.

Good location for Pier39

Parking space charge $65/night. The Bed is spring that feel like got it from year 2000. I got ripped sheet. The room is so small.

The location was walkable and had several restaurant options for families. The room was very comfortable and the king size bed room size was great to fit in a travel crib for the baby.

The accessibility to Fisherman's warf was fantastic. Just a quick walk to everything. Very nice secure place, didn't worry about my car or walking to the hotel at night.

Breakfast buffet was a little pricey for what you get. They do make eggs to order for you in any style but I never got my eggs so... Courtyard view is weird, our room featured a view of the other side of the hotel and the roof below.

Breakfast was OK but if it wasn’t included in our price I wouldn’t have been too pleased, the food options were fine - but the service wasn’t the best and it was a bit chaotic.

The rooms were not ready on arrival, we had to wait around 40 minutes after check-in for the rooms to be ready.I requested connected rooms but they said that there was no request about that,and until I showed them the email and confirmation, they then gave me two rooms that were several rooms away. The description on the website is not accurate to the actual hotel.

Loved the location.

That the hot tub and pool closed so early. After going back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. Just wanted to relax in the hot tub.
