The location is ok if you like Central Park.

It was terrible from the beginning to the end. A few things that struck us first: The check-in took a good 30 mins because the employee at the reception got the wrong information for our reservation. She never apologized for the time. The employees of the restaurants have stains on their uniforms. The alarm clock and multi-plug on our side table wasn’t working. One night we came back to the hotel and it was raining , no one was there to open the door. And now things that have affected our stay: The “no can do” attitude of the staff. When we asked for access keys of 2 different floors because we had rooms booked on those different floors. When we asked for basic information such as the room service menu, that was only available through QR code which,is not ideal when you travel with elderly. We haven’t been able to find one helpful person throughout our stay. This place is a scam, I don’t even understand how it is still under Marriott!

Breakfast in room absolutly basic and very expensive.

Great bed, pillows, quiet room, great view. Some of the staff were great , there was construction going on in the lobby, overall really enjoyed my stay

Nothing I disliked

Air conditioner would bang extremely loudly every 30 minutes on the clock, all night long , but it was too hot in the room to sleep without it so we essentially didn’t sleep

The location in front of the Central Park at the corner of 7th

Very old and not renovated. The junior suite was not clean when I checked in and I had to call the house keeping to clean it. The sofa has stains and the carpet is very old. The room chandeliers, although nice, but noisy and a problem during night because they keep swinging for any movement coming from up or the AC fan causing glass noise ! The breakfast is merely a 2 stars hotel standard not 5 ! Very limited choices on all fronts ..

Proximity to the Central Park.

When I made the reservation I indicated that we would arrive around 4-4:30pm. We arrived closer to 5:30 and our room was not ready. It took an additional 40 minutes for a room to be ready which disrupted our evening plans. Additionally, the room we were checked into was located next to the elevator shaft on the 11th floor. The noise from the elevators was extremely disruptive waking both my son and myself several times during the night. Leaving us both tired and NOT well rested.

Er is geen bar en het ontbijt viel me ook wat tegen. Je kan beter bij Sarabeth's iets gaan eten. Veel sfeervoller.

múltiples cosas, increíbles para un hotel de 1000 euros por noche. no se puede tomar café antes de las 7 de la mañana. para usar la wifi hay que configurar en inglés el teléfono y iPad, no hay estanterías en los armarios, ni cajones para guardar la ropa, el personal no ayuda.

They upgraded us to a larger suite on a higher floor with a better view.

The breakfast was overpriced and not that good. Bacon like cardboard and the buffet was so-so. Only water they had was in tiny plastic water bottles. Not environmentally sensitive.

Old rooms. No dining room. No bar. Got a city view that faced the back of buildings. Suite with one robe. They said you have to ask for another

Excellent location, easy to enter and exit

In-room dining is just ok but this was not a big deal to us there are many options steps from the property.

Manager has superb service

The room though clean was tacky in the sense that the tables were either stained or chipped. No coffee making facilities in the room. Location nice but our room only faced other buildings!

The room was tacky and for the price we paid you did not expect this. Also not having coffee making facilities in the room was inconvenient.
