Beautifully decorated hotel. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Parking was across the street and a lot cheaper than the rate other hotels in the area would charge. Restaurant ambience, staff and food were wonderful.

The breakfast was good and the price was resonable.

The waitress on the second day was rude. For some reason, she needed to see my meal ticket and report back to the manager. They made it seem like it was a big deal because I had one for my child. My booking was for 3 people but they only gave me meal tickets for 2 people. It didn't make sense, so I took it to the receptionist, and she gave me another for my child.

Check in was easy, friendly staff. and quiet rooms.

Parking was in a garage across the street that you pass the entrance when you arrive for check in. So you have to drive around the block to re-enter. We didn’t have much luggage, so not a big deal. Was $5 a day.

the hotel is nice and cozy. the room was clean and with a lot of space available do 2 people. The personnel at the lobby was really kind and available for answering any of our questions.

We waited tons of time for the breakfast both days of our stay. The second one we waited 40 minutes for 2 pancakes and this is unacceptable for business travellers.

Spacious and well laid out room with comfortable double beds and we had the best sleep! In-house restaurant for a convenient meal and great cocktails. We had quite a few every night and had lovely conversations with the lovely bartender Scott. Indigo staff are all friendly and helpful and we felt so welcomed. Housekeeping is great and so quick to cater to our requests for more towels and pillows. The laundry room was great too. And of course, the location is great, a short walk to all the tourist sites and it’s just at the fringe of Mt Vernon. The best Italian restaurant - Sotto Sopra is just a short walk away. It’s so good we had dinner there twice, just to try out more dishes on the menu.

Our room was really big and comfortable. There was nice artwork throughout the hotel and in our room, and our room was decorated well. It was very quiet in our room, although the hotel seemed to have a lot of guests we couldn't hear anything through the walls.

They’re were not enough servers at breakfast. Tables weren’t cleared, dishes were piled up, and it took a long time to order. Because of this, I decided not to have any other meals at the hotel.

one super friendly and understanding staff member moved us from a particularly noisy room on the road to the other side of the building - her understanding and helpfulness made our stay!

after this, the other interactions we had with staff was poor. Not helpful/friendly in the slightest. Felt like an inconvenience. The room facilities had a coffee machine, with two mugs and one wine glass, I called reception to ask for two water glasses and an extra wine glass, the receptionist assured me that Every room only ever had 2 mugs and 1 wine glass. makes no sense whatsoever! so you can’t have your morning coffee and a glass of water at the same time. our TV also didn’t work, I called reception about it 3-4 times, they said someone would come up to check it which never happened. there were no books in the bathroom to hang towels, apart from above the toilet. again, made no sense as that’s the last place I want to hand my towel also there was ample wall space for some hooks. The staff were just generally not happy to be there/made you feel like an inconvenience for the most simple of questions. Stay started off on a positive note but would never spend money to stay here again. if you’re not expecting much, stay here. They have semi-nice modern furniture/interiors to deter from the underlying yet very evident lack of care factor.
