It was convenient to the airport and they have a shuttle.
The mattress on the sofa bed was badly stained

Try to plug in phone charger and plug was so far in wall I was surprised it didn’t start on fire .
Could not sleep because I had hard time breathing because of mould .
Changed room 3 times and every room was worst than next one
Breakfast was bad .no bread
Sausages were horrible.
I talk to front desk 3 times and nothing got better.

A hotel with a regular, "non-energy saver" shower head. Nice to be greeted by something more than a puff of mist!
I rushed for time as I was leaving... I would have been happy to stay another day or two.

The AC unit was very loud. If I wanted to be comfortable I had to have the unit running

The sink and shower clogged and wouldn’t drain. We needed a shuttle to the airport and when asked that morning, they said there was no room and the shuttles were full. We had to get an Uber.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Front desk agent were very professional and friendly. Housekeeping ladies were very helpful. Location was convenient and easy to move around.

The beds were comfortable the room was clean and the breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy and they had hot breakfast items waffles pancakes and eggs and sausage and fresh fruit we enjoyed the pool
They did not have a hot tub like they said they did unless we could not find it but it should of been in the pool area the only issue we had was between 1 and 2 am another guest or guest were being really loud and causing problems woke everyone up in my room

We experienced kind help from the staff with our luggage, and then when I had a foot injury, got service with a wheelchair, and extra care on the shuttle to the airport. When we asked for a few extra packets of coffee for our room , they were generously supplied.
A few more options for meals in restaurants other than the Steak house next door. All other restaurants required a drive.

Convenient location very easy access to everything you want to see
The room was small, the bed was very hard and lumpy,and our room never seen any cleaning staff no clean towels and over flowing trash. At 100.00 a night you would think you could at least get 1 new set of towels. This will be on my last resort list

Air conditioning had leaked all the carpet. Room smelled bad because of that. We got in too late to try to change

Ease of check in. The phone to contact the front desk wasn’t working, so went down to the front desk and within 5 minutes, the maintenance man was at our room with a replacement.
