It’s a suite with kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom.

Due to it being a suite, the individual rooms feel a bit small

The location was perfect. The room view was great. Enough space with all working amenities. Pool was cool. Breakfast ok. Morning staff was nice mainly Hannah. Checking in nice and easy.

Furniture looked worn and stained. Bedding was clean with an worn bed spread but mattress was very uncomfortable. Shower curtain looks old and worn. My other room pretty much the same and the toilet back up from the 1st flush. Don't know what happened but they clean and sanitize it well. I've been to one Homewood Suites in Hack Cross Tennessee and it was nice but I wouldn't come here again.

Staff was amazing. Staff always went the extra mile and was very friendly and kind Location was a stones throw from restaurants and the walkway directly to the mall

Everything was great. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The breakfast was good and stocked. The hotel was clean from the front door including our room.

I didn't like the fact that the executives of the hotel made the decision to charge if you want to check in early. I called at 10a and was told we would have to pay a full day to check in at that time. To check in at 1p it cost $50 additional, To check in at 2p it will cost $25 additional. Why charge extra for travelers? Yet as a customer check in is 3p and check out is 11a, we do not receive full time of stay according to the check in/out times. Be Fair !

The breakfast wasn’t that good

The location was excellent and very easy to get to. The MOA is right across the street, and the hot breakfast included was very convenient. Rooms are nice if you have kids since there's a door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Unfortunately when we checked in our room smelled of old expired food (like someone left rotten produce in the fridge) and when we asked if they had any air freshener they simply responded "sorry we don't" we couldn't get a different room because the hotel was completely booked. The room was not very clean and there were stains on the chairs.

Nice location great staff. The room was big.

The west elevator was not working properly. Had to take the stairs multiple times from 6th floor. The security deposit was ridiculous.
