Location was great. Staff were friendly.

The rooms are outdated. Bathroom and kitchen areas could probably do with an upgrade. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear conversation in the hallways and the next room over.

The internet is great

No smoking anywhere on the property or you lose 250 dollars. The elevator was out of service for 4 hours at checkout time

It was very nice to have a kitchenette. The staff was very friendly. The internet was very good. Facility was very clean.

Furnishings were a little worn. Could hear movement in the floor above.

the bedding to one of the beds was stained with what seems to be blood . no extra bedding for the sofa bed and when we asked for extra bedding we where told there wasn’t any available .

I had an outdoor entrance to room. needs more vending machines or food options.

Night time security guy helped me out.

The location and parking were perfect. The kitchen facilities were a bonus. The balcony, though not used, is nice.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The ceiling started dripping water and the popcorn stuff started to bulge around 4a.m. The next room had a cockroach so trash went on balcony. The covering over the door on the walkway was dripping profusely, and bulging too. I was concerned the concrete would collapse, or I would step out onto an ice rink in the morning.

Clean and comfortable room, good location.

My friend couldn’t check in without me, although she presented the booking number and my details. The receptionist told her we had to register prior to arrival to let her check in, this was not communicated to me when I booked the room. My friend had to wait for me although she was tired and jetlagged, they would not make an exception.

Comfortable bed, well appointed room. Liked the small kitchen, very useful. Good location to center of town. Staff very helpful when we needed something.

The exterior of hotel still needs updating, and cleaning.

The late check in and the early check out ... I felt rushed couldnt even extended my check out at least till 12pm ..

Modest but clean facility. Great location, just a 5 min walk to downtown. Great pricing, much cheaper than the downtown hotels. Would stay here again.
