We liked the EV Charging availability and used it to charge our car. There were many places nearby that were convenient for buying things that were used.

The room was terriblly layed out, the refrigerator was small and did not offer enough settings, The air Conditioner was difficult to work with, The Shower Head was too high and did not offer enough settings. They said that they had no hand soap available. And, the staff did not seem to be overly friendly. The $8 parking fee really infuriated us on top of the already super high price for what we found in our stay. Keep charging for parking and not making hand soap available, on top of all these other anoying dissapointments and Marriott can count us out!

To get my money back because I cancel the Sunday night and still get the pay I one my money back please and u never do a other reservation there

Rooms have been nicely updated and they are spacious. Very quiet from outside noise. Housekeeping staff were awesome - friendly and professional! However, the Front Desk staff during my stay might have well been zombies!! I used to work Front Desk during college so I get it, but the desk was never super busy. These ladies were half dead when interacting with them. NOT a great first impression for the hotel. Again, housekeeping staff were fantastic!

Front Desk ladies - not great for Front Desk duties. Parking charge of $24 for 3 nights - no mention from Front Desk during checkin of where this Free parking was located. There was a Steak & Shake and a gas station next door and a mall across the street - but again no mention of where I was should park if I did not want to pay.

Property was very clean. if you are staying in the south side of Reno this is probably one of the better options.

Had issues with the key card opening the room. It took several times scanning the card to open the door.

We were impressed with the cleanliness! Very quiet room! The room was a comfotable in size for a great value!

Everything was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were all friendly.

I stayed three nights. The breakfast was good but the same thing every day. At both check in and check out, I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk since I needed printed receipts.

There were fire alarms going off all night early morning on Saturday. It was very annoying. My kids were not very happy about this and were very scared

Hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Love the modern decor.

For a newer hotel, the walls and ceiling seemed VERY thin. We were in one of the rooms at the far end of the third floor and could hear everything from above and to the side of us. Many families with kids running all over the place. The water takes FOREVER to get hot. We had to turn the bathroom sink on hot in order to get the shower to get hot enough. Literally would take 2-3 minutes or more to get hot enough to shower. ALSO - the fire alarm went off not once, not twice but THREE times in the middle of the night (4am - ish) waking us both up out of a dead sleep. Not a fun thing to wake up to. it’s also ridiculous that Marriott charges for parking … especially in a shared lot with other businesses.

Very good breakfast! The best breakfast from all the hotels, in that range, that we’ve been at. Staffs are friendly and approachable as well.

Airconditioning is difficult to adjust to our liking. Thermostat was already set at 75 but the A/C still blew very cold air. But nonetheless, they’ve got comfortable blankets, so it turned out OK.
