A/C wasn’t working properly.

the cleanliness of the property and the professionalism of the staff

the fact that my disabled mother was with us this trip and took we had was not near the elevator but instead at the end of one of the hallways.

We enjoyed the room. It was clean and spacious. The balcony was an added bonus; my wife loved that aspect of your hotel.

Taking into account we arrived at night (10pm or so), it was to be expected there would be visible security on the grounds. The gentleman did walk by me and spoke as I was getting my belongings out of the vehicle I was driving (my wife and I drove separate cars), but he did not introduce himself as security so as he lingered nearby and watched us I was unsure of his intentions. As we were walking to the entrance I was able to see the back of his shirt which confirmed my assumption that he was security. We appreciate him doing his job and making sure we were safe; informing us of his position would have been a slightly more professional way to handle our arrival. We were the only ones in the parking lot and being watched/followed in close proximity was a bit unnerving.

All expectations were met. Facility totaly sold out for local concert. Staff cordial and professional.

Breakfast facility was closed for the weekend. Pool was closed.

The neighborhood itchin is a little rough

We stayed on 3/17/2023 because it was close to Cardinal stadium.

We stayed on 3/17/2023 for just 1 night and sadly the breakfast area was closed on weekends.

The convenience for travel to and from locations and where the room was located

I initially booked at this property to use facilities after long, stressful days. However, pool was not heated Jacuzzi/spa not heated not working the two major things that let me to schedule to stay at this hotel. I arrive in Not Working. I should have been notified so that way I could make a change, so needless to say, wasn’t very happy and satisfied with this stay . I feel like there should be some type of remedy discount refund of some sort because of this.

decent place, would have been a good experience if the staff wasn’t rude the whole time.

Theres two different Latin women that gave me the biggest attitudes for simply asking a question. They were completely unhelpful, rude & had attitudes. Especially the one who checked me in. I wish I remembered her name, she was rude the whole time.

Very comfortable bed, good sized rooms for 3*. Location worked for trip.

Customer service was terrible. Was not served for 90 minutes when I first arrived at hotel; I was very early for checkin and front desk said it was okay to sit in restaurant and work but no-one came to check on me, and eventually I asked for a menu. After being checked in, I saw there are no stirrers or spoons in the room for the coffee machine, so I called front desk to ask for spoons or stirrers, and was told they were 'on a break'. At a hotel, there should always be someone available. I was shocked by the comment - ended up using my pen! Food menu was decent but the restaurant/bar does not have cash register so prepare to wait to close out.

Great value. Loved having a balcony. Staff was very kind.

There was alot of parking which was great. But I thought the parking was tight

Entrance and the parking lot very dirty.

The location was good, right next to the freeway but it wasn't the easiest parking lot to enter. The parking lot itself was packed which made me think this was a choice hotel of many travelers. The wifi was great. I needed to answer several emails and was able stream shows without buffering which was good. The beds were a little to high for a short person like me but once I was able to get up in them, they were quite comfortable and I slept well.

The parking lot was so full it was difficult to find a spot. I am handicapped and the size of this parking lot was good, however they only had 4 handicap spaces which of course were full when I arrived. I barely found a spot close enough the the front entrance. Adding a few more handicap spaces would be a real help. The lobby was clean, nice and well lit but was tainted with the smell of marijuana, which was also in the halls of each floor. I understand that it is more and more acceptable across the nation but it is not a pleasant smell and one I wasn't expecting to encounter when I just wanted to rest after a long day of traveling.

the location was not in a good part of town, the carpets were dirty in the room & there was mold in the shower. there also was no free breakfast like advertised

The service was always good. Housekeeping is great.

The pool heater not working wasn't good, it really needs to be fixed. The patio door wouldn't open for us to get fresh air.

Very nice on the outside and even nicer on the inside. Very good acccomodations. Gentleman at check-in very nice and accomodating. Fast food restaurants, grocery store and gas stations nearby

Marijuana smell in the elevator. But that was only one time. Surrounding area a bit run down. Some questionable men hanging around in parking lot from time to time. Would be nice to have visible security personnel at all times. Road leaving the hotel had huge potholes, towards the other hotels.
