The check in person was extremely pleasant at 2 am
It is called an airport hotel, but a good distance from Midway and no shuttle. The facility is old and worn. I was thinking basic but kept up. Instead I got on their last legs and needed an overhaul 6 months ago. The carpet in our room smelled dirty, the halls smelled. I was only there to get some sleep because our delayed flight meant we missed our connection, but I would never go back

housekeeping was consistent
terrible cable tv, pork products for breakfast. everyone doesn’t eat pork. no iron in room. saw men bringing in hookers at night.

Lobby was nice
Got to breakfast at 9:00 (ended at 10:00) and no eggs left. A full hour to go and no decent breakfast was provided. Hallway to room smelled like skunk and weed. Someone down the hall was yelling at someone else for almost 2 hours. I was up from 2am-4am listening to them screaming. Finally turned fan to constant to drown out the noise. It was terrible. Did I mention the smoking and weed stench?!

Breakfast is nice and there are various options. Staff were very pleasant. Parking is available and included in the rate. Location is close to city center.
Mattress was a little lumpy and not firm enough. It was not very comfy, but not too bad either.

The TV package provided was abominable!! Sporadic service interruptions, static and no guide to locate channels. The worst TV service I have ever encountered.
Housekeeping did not make up my room on Sunday and I had to get my own towels.

It was close to Midway and they had a room available during a Weather Event.
The staff were phenomenal, especially Jennifer, who was kind, funny, thoughtful, considerate, and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.
It’s a bit run down, in a tired part of town. The “breakfast” was disappointing - c’mon, BW, it’s time to bring the hot breakfast back. Packs of frosted cookies and tasteless apples and granola bars? You can do better.

the bes was not really comfortable I think the mattresses were a little to old the bed that my daughters shared had like a hole in the middle. And there was not extra pillows or covers in the room.

it was dirty , they sent me to 5 different rooms and they were filthy …. I ended up leaving the hotel I asked for a full refund because there where condoms and more that’s a health hazard I wanted a full refund but idk
