I arrived around 11:30pm for a late check-in and the staff (Takaya) was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She demonstrated good quality customer service and I would like her to be recognized in the highest regard possible (pay raise, promotion, bonus, etc.).
I did not get up in time for the breakfast.

I like the kitchen. I like the 1st shift person, very friendly and helpful. The bed slept comfortable.
The 2nd shift person was rude. The room had a visitor's sticker stuck to the dresser. The walls were dirty and the floor was sticky in parts. The elevator was dirty.

There was no toilet paper; we had to buy it.
On our second night, somebody knocked on our door, and it was midnight. A few minutes later, they knocked again more aggressively, saying that it was from the front desk. We got really scared and defensive, and we didn’t want to open the door because when we arrived earlier, the front desk was closed. They said that we had to open because another guest was saying that we stole something from him and he was going to call the police. We got very scared and immediately called the police because we were just sleeping and we were extremely tired from walking all day through the city. The police came, and when the guest saw us, he said that he had made a mistake and that we weren't the ones who stole his belongings. This was a TERRIBLE experience because they didn't check the cameras before they knocked on our door and made that serious accusation against us.
It was our first time visiting Chicago, and we will definitely not stay here again. Terrible experience.

Front desk closed before I could check due to my flight being delayed. The gate stayed closed to the front desk the whole stay. The staff didn’t care. Police presence everyday. Domestic disturbances everyday. Guest fighting screaming and getting into for hrs at a time at night couldn’t sleep I only spent the night one night it was horrible. Called the front desk multiple time to come check on guest screaming they took forever. The linen was stained and dirty. The remote to tv didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work. I will never reserve here again

Rates are fine but can be lower given the services provided are very minimal. Location was convenient for me.
Smoke smell and cooking smell all over the place. Have to pay for decent WiFi. Room cleaning every 2 weeks. Have to pick up tools myself from the reception. Rates should be lower. Put better shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom.

The staff is very unprofessional, the employees LIVE at the hotel so they feel they can dress and act as if they were at home. Reservation center said they open at 9 but I guess since the employees live there, they open whenever they want which was at 1030am. the man came down in flip flops and looked like he had just woke up. THEY HAVE COCK ROACHES EVERYWHERE, on top of the Rooms being filthy X When I showed them the videos and pictures they said they do not offer refunds. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. 0/10 would not recommend.

Had to take use towels down to front desk no brooms in rooms the fire alarm went off almost the same time every night and I ithere fir a week no breakfast for the price you pay didn't like the price it seems like it wS a hotel where people live in?

People hanging out down by elevator made feel very uncomfortable taking towels down to the front desk no broom in room the fire alarm went off at same time every night so all that extra fire truck etc took to long to get in my room to check in the bed WAS uncomfortable but it was a bed again the hotel seems like it was also for people to live in and the sign said 64.99 a day thats not what I paid for the price you should get breakfast thats how I figured its must be for people to live in we should get that price too

I left for the night had someone watch my room and they supposedly were smoking...that was the night before my reservation and the whole staff New I was gonna b gone for the night....they refused to let me have my room back yesterday after 3 weeks and it was already paid for....they said I have to get my money back from u guys! I desperately need that money! Can u please reach out so I can get my 110.99 back or my room
