Our heat didn’t work in the room . The pool was cold. The hot tub was very loud . My husband and I was very disappointed.

Quiet, quick drive to casino

Close to the casino. Shuttle ran all night, it was convenient and safe. Room was clean

We were there only to sleep. Didn’t use the facilities or anything. A little pricy to spend 10 hours but it was half the price of the casino right down the road.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable but pillows were oddly small.

There was a sign in the bathroom that noise would not be tolerated after midnight. At about 2:30 in the morning I was woken up by very loud yelling and talking in the hallway. It went on for at least one hour. The noise stopped for a very short time. Soon after the noise continued. Updates to the room And towels are needed.

We really liked the location of the property in relation to Foxwoods. The lobby was very pretty. The breakfast was really good.

Some of the staff was a little bothered by us asking questions about the pool and the spa which they no longer have. The pool we had to keep asking if and when I was going to be available. The same staff member kept saying yeah it will be ready in 30 minutes then we would come back and he would say an hour, then it was another 20 minutes. The shower in the room we had was very small and there’s no microwave except in the lobby. So if you want to warm up food you have to stand in the lobby to do it. Was just a little uncomfortable.

From the check in with Brandon he was great! To the lounge with Jennifer she was excellent. My entire stay was fabulous!!!

Our room was very spacious, hot tub was very nice, breakfast was delicious and the front desk was very helpful.

I liked the room we stayed in. I thought the pool was a bit small as was the workout room but I'm focus was not to attend there but to attend foxwoods

The battery on the door for original room was broke and it took four people to realize that it was broke. But otherwise it was a decent trip

It was convenient location the staff was awesome. The rooms were clean. It was a enjoyable place to stay while on vacation.

Very convenient location if you are planning on dinner and a show at the casino. The price is right especially when you just sleep there for 8 hours and leave. Oh yeah, the rooms are really nice and dark for great sleep.

stayed 5 days and ask our room to be cleaned and made up one time and they didn't even vacuum. When questioned the agent said I don't think we vacuum on extended rentals. I told her this was not a extended rental but a long term rental. Not sure she knew the difference. She then said she would see if anyone from housekeeping was still on site. Never heard from anyone. I ask about the Spa being out of order and was only told it was under maintenance. I feel like this was false advertising and would have not rented if I know this!

Property was ok not bad parking was great and always available. Waterfall was amazing outside the property

The ac wasn’t working in the hallways…. For the room we stayed in the Tv was very small should of been bigger for the name of the room. The bed was a full size not expecting that size for the price we paid. Pool was small not big. They should have a microwave in all rooms, not fair that people need to leave their room to go to the lobby to warm food up. Food was expensive in the hotel.

Very close to Foxwoods Casino. Clean and comfortable.

Would have been nice to have a free breakfast area. Maybe a muffin or something. Coffee was free, but you have to order and pay for a pancake or waffle. Guess things arent like they used to be when you could grab a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a sausage link, and make your own toast. Guess those days are gone everywhere.

It was pretty good. We did not pay much, so we got what we paid for. We were getting in late and leaving early so we did not want to spend much and our expectations were not high. We had also stayed here before. Therefore, we were satisfied with our stay. It was clean and comfortable except our air conditioner did not work well on a very hot and humid night. Location was fine. The staff was not in a hurry to help. We waited 20 minutes to check in because the front desk help was on the phone. I understand they were helping with reservations, however, they could of acknowledged our presence. It took less than 5 minutes to hand us the key and have us sign paperwork. It seemed they either could have put the call on hold or handed us the stuff as she was reading the disclosures etc.

Shower too small, no tub. No daily cleaning, no microwave in the room. Food unfortunately was not flavorful, potato skins made with overcooked potatoes, no flavor. For new guests, other nearby places better priced and excellent food.
