The staff were very welcoming and we were offered a selection of upgrades, but choose to remain the room we had booked. We stayed in block 4 and the 'partial see view' from our room was amazing. There is additional parking by this block, next to the tennis court I highly recommend an evening or two in the Bar and Grill. The staff are lovely and helpfu, evening coulture events of music, hula dancing and cliff dive were wonderful pleasant. We had dinner in here several evenings during our stay. Grounds and gardens are spacious and very well maintained. I was one of several guests who enjoyed watching the palm trees being trimmed. There were some guests who felt it acceptable to leave used coffee cups, towels etc. anywhere they pleased, but staff were very quick to clean up after them. Some areas could be updated, but given the Islands, to be praised, sustainabilty goals, I am more than happy to stay in a hotel that does keep refurbishing.

Sajnos a szálloda előtti tengerpart zsúfolt, nem csak szállóvendégek használják. A szálloda összeségében túlárazott, volt némi zűr a ki és becsekkolásnál! Többször terhelték meg a kártyánkat jelenleg is zárolva van a szoba ára pedig kifizettük a teljes árat.

Network of swimming pools and beach + apartment views with nice balcony were great/outstanding! But bedrooms are TOO small, significantly old (1970) overpriced!! Food and services on properties are significantly overpriced (x2-3). Hotel BRooms should be > $280.00/night instead of $800.00. For this price GO to the Waldorf Astoria Wailea hotel - better!!! Valet parking staff was excellent friendly and very efficient!

The room was clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful and beach was great.

There was an odd puddle of water that kept seeping up from the carpet under the air conditioner, and the furniture was a little run down. The closet doors were off the rails and broken. Room 3327

The beach was just a few steps from the property, literally a pathway. The staff were beyond hospital, friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were great!

Excellent location. Very nice beach.

When you get charge 100 USD/day for a sunbrella and chair just say, Sheraton never again. Very noisy resort. Too many guest. Not enjoyable at all
