A last minute reservation when our first hotel was unacceptable. The hotel was clean, staff accommodating and the facility was very comfortable. Pool and hot tub very welcoming after a long day’s drive.

Close to the interstate, the pool is a bigger size than a usual inside pool. You can swim while looking outside. The spa pool was perfect temperature. Just what I needed after a long day of driving.
There're just two restrooms downstairs. One next to the office, one in the pool. I was pointed to the one in the swimming pool while wearing shoes. Just wait for the one next to the office I would say in terms of cleanness in the pool.

My only complaint is the air conditioner didn't blow cold air. It blew hot air through the night. We had to rely on a breeze from the open window.

Did not like the way the thermostat worked. If you set the ac to 70 and it cooled down to 69 the unit would kick on to heat to warm it back to 70 🥵 and then it would go through the whole process again (no normal - just constant cool - hot - cool - hot …)

Location was perfect for our stay. Clean! Nice staff. Prices were also wonderful! Quiet at night. Gas station right across the street and coffee shop right across the main rd! Breakfast in the morning was good!
Only thing is they had the same hot food for breakfast three mornings in a row. 🤷🏼♀️ but it’s free and it was good so nothing big just wish it was dif every morning exp staying 4 nights

Have stayed here many times for vacations...short drive from the Denver airport whether coming or going...always happy to see the open field next to the hotel has not been developed, has a country feel to it...hotel is modern, comfortable, clean...hot breakfast is good...like the vaulted lobby and pool/hot tub area...reception was great, gave us local (backroad) directions to Cracker Barrel and there is also a good "Mexican" restaurant right next to the property...also, a gas station/fast food/and others within a few steps away...nice place to stay on the way to Rocky Mountain National Park, Tetons/Yellowstone, and wherever else the road takes you...try Pinedale, Wy...it was 47 degrees in July after arriving from the Deep South...
Always like this place...no complaints...it's a great value

Somebody was inside to are room Saturday night I talked with the desk person to check the cameras but she say is to much to check the cameras so I was thinking call the police 🚔 but I had to go so bad experience here!!

The location is good
The front desk was not really friendly to us.
Then when we found out the bed had bed bugs on the bed sheet and the desk, the front desk said it was on the pillow. They moved us to a bigger room but we were sooooo freak out could not sleep very well in the new room. The bedsheet in the new room still can see some weird stain on it.
The next morning, the manager started to claim without apologizing, she said the bugs was brought by us because there was some possibility.
We were angry and tired but do not want to argue with them because we just want to leave that place. We asked for some plastic bags covered all of our belongings, so afraid to carry the bugs home.
I’ve been traveled more than 30 times though different states or hotels.
Never had this experience before.
