Violence around the room, Threat from a crackhead.

The sheets and pillows seemed cleaned, but the stench in the room ruined the illusion of cleanliness.

The strong smell of raw sewage in the room, clogged sinks and toliets that don't flush properly. Dog area was just a bunch of rock in a corner. The mystery pills littering the stairs were unsettling.

I was put into a dirty room at first, with dirty bed sheets, no blankets, ashes on the floor and a used condom in the trashcan. I was traveling with my 12 year old. They moved me into another room. I could tell the sheets had not been washed, but we went ahead and slept in that one. Horrible experience.

Property is poorly maintained inside and out. The shower face plate was only held on with one screw and it was difficult to get the water turn on with enough water pressure to take a shower. Dusty light builds I. bath, one blown build. I would not choose this facility for another stay.

This motel is the arm pit in Ft Collins Go somewhere else. It needs to be shut down and the City should be aware of the conditions of this place.

The key card was not working even after going back to the counter 3 times. The door lock wasn't working, as a solo traveler, this was not a confortable and safe room.

The motel is not clean and No shampoo no conditioner no towels breathing was disgusting there was trash behind the table between the 2 bads we ask for a bedroom with a microwave refrigerator to Queen beds what did we get we got s*** we got to Both sides beds that were not right You're being a s***** motel
