Bed too hard and not enough blankets or pillows. Housekeeping was spotty.

The staff is exceptional.

Location

The room was big, and comfortable, with fridge, iron, hairdryer, and a place to make coffe or tea.

You ear the noise and steps from the upstairs rooms.

Rooms were modern and spacious The site was very clean Friendly staff If you have a car, location is close to airport, and about 20mins drive to the city

Laundry was expensive

convenient for getting to/from the airport and/or Stanford university campus. 24 hour check in

corridor smelt really sweaty but the room was fine. bath looked dirty but it was just old and marked

the first night we stayed there were lots of people coming and going slamming doors hard to sleep. The second 2 nights were much better. Also minimal maid service while we were in the room (3 days). They only dropped off towels but did not make bed or collect trash. I didn’t ask for it at front desk because I kept just expecting it to be done and was tired when I got back to the room

Staff were very nice

We got a lot of bug bites in the first room we were in. Neighborhood was not great.
