I don’t really have any good thing to say about this hotel.

Elevators! Up to 1 hour wait on elevators. When they did work they would slip and fall a couple of floors. My child had a massive panic attack from the slipping elevator and is now extremely scared of them. Walked 24 floors of stairs to our room multiple times. Refused to move is to a room closer to the ground. Absolutely ruined our vacation.

I like that it was right on the beach and had a beautiful view

The elevator wait was horrendous! Having one elevator down the entire week. The condo was big, but didn’t feel the cleanest or updated. The beds were mediocre and it was not very welcoming.

Beach access, plenty of amenities and things for the teens to do.

Elevators messed up several times while we was there.

The elevators could use some upgrading and the bathrooms need to be cleaned better moving forward.

It took a long time for the elevators to be become available for us to take our things to the room from check in, during our stay, and up until our departure.

Our room was great! Very clean and had a great view. The beach chair rental attendants were great also.

The elevators were awful. The wait time was 10-40 minutes each time, whether you were going up or down, no matter what time it was. I understand it’s hot because it’s summer time in Florida. I’m from Alabama, so I understand. But waiting that long after being outside all day and sand stuck everywhere with 2 young kids and no ac in the elevators.

I hate the elevator. Waited so long that most of the time we used the stairs. We were on the 10th and 21st floor. The elevators need to be fixed. I paid $5000 for our vacation and had to take stairs or wait a hour to get on one, that was not worth it.

Elevators extremely slow but got to consider all the people that is here and I think this building is 28 floors high. So with that being said you got to expect longer wait times to catch an elevator. I would recommend a lower floor just in case you need to take the stairs. And a Lower floor wouldn’t be so hectic bringing things in from the beach or grocery store . I do have to say the staff were doing their best to keep the elevators moving as quick as possible.

Everything from the view to the room the Starbucks game room theater was nothing at this hotel that you have to go out except for food in your room

Nice and spacious room!

We arrived on Sunday. The appliances didn’t work. They brought up a microwave Monday and didn’t come to look at fridge until Tuesday and $200 worth food went bad had to throw away and no compensation! The wait for the elevators took at least 30 minutes and we waited an hour once and being on the 14th floor the stairs were not feasible due to all luggage. Will never use vacasa nor tidewater ever again!

I ordered a 7 bed, and I only got 5 beds 6 hours away from home.. I could have bought a 6 bed pcb home for 600 less at the time.. Also I don't know why they have 30 floors all outside with 5 working elevators. One was down one day. So imagine over 200 people trying to use a elevator. We had to wait plenty of times in unpleasant areas.

I really like the location and how close it was to pier Park

The elevators didn’t work. We had to wait 20 to 30 minutes on an elevator every time we needed to use one.. There’s construction going on right there in front of the property so it’s extremely difficult to get in and out of the parking deck . Won’t allow you to pull up to the front door to grab your stuff and take it upstairs. You have to park across and give the facility your damn license to be able to have a luggage cart!!! When I got there at 3 PM at the time of my check-in, they had just shampooed the carpets inside the room so the floors were slick and wet! We decided to have a pool day and while we were at the pool, they had to close it down for cleaning because someone pooped in the pool! It was an all around bad experience

The staff was all amazing, the room was clean upon arrival. Having a couple pools onsite once the kids were burning from the salt water was nice.

Only downfall was pots were not checked one was extremely greasy. I made sure to wash everything before using it, but I do that everywhere anyways. The elevators do take forever but not bad enough to deter us from staying here again.

We love everything about this property, it was easy to check in and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the ice machine in the condo wasn’t producing ice but it wasn’t a problem. We had and awesome time. We will stay there every time we plan a trip to Panama City beach.

The elevators was moving very slow so we had to use the stairs but it wasn’t a problem either.

You can't have that many people staying there with only two elevators working it was horrible you couldn't get up and down with out a terrible wait. Will not book here again spent more time waiting then getting to do anything
