They moved us across the street to another hotel which was much improved!!!! SO thankful we we able to move due to door not working. They gave us towels when requested.

The room had many problem issues-the door lock was broken (appeared someone tried to bust in at one point/cracked metal), fridge all frozen and leaking on floor, microwave all chipped inside, bathroom so small could barely fit through door and we are small people, tub was extremely old and in need of cleaning. Many dirty items on floor in corners (paperclip, toe nails etc....). The noise at night was unbearable-swearing and yelling for hours- we were afraid and thought about calling police because it sounded so aggressive. The shower and fan was so loud room shook when turned it on. The air conditioner unit was so loud it was unbearable noise. We turned these on so we could drown outside noise. There were numerous adult males smoking and peering over railings and in front of their rooms at all hours of day or night. We felt unsafe for our children. There was also cats and a dog wondering around and in and out of rooms. The location is up a wooded pathway so secluded from road or view of anyone which makes it feel even more dangerous. Not a safe feeling or atmosphere.

The room didn't have a microwave or a mini refrigerator. I asked for a room with both amenities and I was told that there's none available. The ice machine was broke. The bathtub was rusted. The front of the bathroom door was ruined.

the rooms were nasty, the staff didn’t know what was or was not included in their rooms, our room stated we would get a microwave/ mini refrigerator but it didn’t have neither. The dude at the front desk was unsure of where to send us but each room got worse. There was people watching us and following us making me feel uncomfortable!! (watched what room we went in and watch where we parked our truck

there were no trash cans in room - went to take shower - had to wait around 10 minutes for water to get hot 2nd building had mattresses out side ( was worried all night about bed bugs) so far so good - no bedbugs

everyone smoke inside the room, sheets was dirty with hairs room smells cigarettes and mildew. front dest don’t help with anything even a world . hotel is terrible should be closed.

The room was very dirty with mold and dead insects on the floor. The room and linen smelled very bad. The bed was broken and very uncomfortable. The staff was not helpful. I booked for 2 nights but checked out after 5 hours.

honestly the best thing was the closeness to Mohegan Sun.

the shower was actually kinda gross, I put a small towel over a piece that looked like dirt/stains. the day of checkout I had to shower because I had work & there was NO hot water. No option of late check out
