Was convenient as it was a stopover for a longer trip to Boston
Was not the cleanest and felt very stuffy.

I feel the pool had too much chlorine, my eyes started burning as soon as I walked in the pool room.

The rooms are not soundproof you can hear every door slam of people talking infront ur room that’s no good then the hotel allow guest to gather in the hall ways making mad noise running up and down all thru the night that’s not good

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean.
We were right across from the staff laundry room and they were very loud early in the morning. The hot breakfast food was old and hard. Couldn't even saw thru the French toast.

I liked itt stay. The pool was nice and the beds were comfy. Close to everything.
Staff was calling me so many times basically trying to get money from me when I paid in advance. Never again. Deal with Booking. Com not me.

Sarah worked the front desk. She was so friendly and helpful. We had numerous rooms booked. She was very patient throughout the entire process of checking us all in. The breakfast was good. The room was good. No one in our group voiced any complaints. It was a nice stay. Would stay there again.

Convenient easy check, room and bathroom was a great size, staff were all very nice, beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. Water pressure was great and I didn't even hear any hallway activity.
I didn't like that the pillows smelled like someone's BO and had dried blood on 1, but we were promptly given clean ones when we asked. Wasn't keen on the barn door for a bathroom door that doubled as a closet door. It had large gaps on the sides.

Staff was professional. Breakfast was ok.
Paper thin walls. Front door would slam as you closed it. You heard door slams all night long. Walls so thin I heard next rooms conversation and shower water running. I went for an afternoon cup of coffee and the coffee was ice cold. When I told front desk about it, they offered to make a fresh pot.

I do not like the sliding door on bathrooms with no locks…. zero privacy! Awful design.

Pool was very loud, so much chlorine it burned your eyes walking in. Our room reeked of cigarettes. Our bathroom door didn’t close. Our tv didn’t work.

Location was good
Breakfast at 9am had nothing left, when it was open til 10, nothing was replenished. Lot of people asking for more waffle batter, cereal, syrup, no eggs, bacon left. Did not stock well for breakfast at all. Staff wasn't that helpful, was in the closed door we had to knock for more stuff.

The location was perfect and the room was clean. The breakfast was nice to have to save some money. The ladies serving breakfast were very nice.
My room was next to the elevator and over the fitness room. Kind of noisy. The entryway smelled like smoke. The staff was okay. Not mean but not over friendly either.

personally requested room service at the front desk and didn’t get it. i had to take all the dirty towels down to the front desk and ask for clean ones. didn’t get the trash emptied or the beds made
do not like the bathroom doors. they slide open on their own. very little privacy
