the bed was clean and comfortable and the price was nice

waiting at the front desk for 11 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in, the room smelled pretty bad, but we were able to open the window.

They gave 1 face cloth to share for the stay, asked for more, they gave 1! So bring your own! While walking down the hallway, you could tell someone was smoking pot in their room! Stains on the carpet! Police were there almost every day for being called for something! Didn't smell totally clean! We were there from Saturday to Wednesday, housekeeping was there to clean the room for our arrival! On line photos of the motel made it seem better than it is!

people smashing windows out of vehicles in the parking lot cops being called on people who don’t do anything wrong when you go to check in front desk staff are outside smoking with groups of people absolutely disgusting and unprofessional I recommend staying elsewhere in the area get your moneys worth DO NOT STAY AT SUPER 8 in Groton

There is NO Breakfast! Coffee and granola bars are NOT BREAKFAST! The furniture is old and busted up. And the electric keys kept not working.

Staff is always great. Friendly, professional and polite.

There wasn't an ashtray, no microwave, and to much noise at all hours especially when the room was right next to the elevator. I made a request last year, not to be next to the elevator.

The guy working the front desk was very polite very friendly and helpful and explained all my questions even recommended some good places in the area to eat I stayed at a couple different hotels in the area in my recent travels and he was definitely by far the friendliest front desk attendant that I've met

I was a little upset when I booked the room online I booked the room with a refrigerator and microwave and it was no refrigerator or microwave in the room

We have been staying there for years on our trips home. Arrived amid a Police Officers arresting a guest. They didn't have a fridge or microwave in the room. Was able to get a fridge. Had to go to the lobby to use the one available one for entire hotel guests and staff. Which was very inconveniencing because had to get dressed Eveytime we needed something heated. Breakfast was a long wait in line due to only waffle maker. Very disappointing. Staff got in elevator with us and 3 huge bags of trash!!!!
