Misrepresented breakfast. Hot breakfast only on weekends. What they had was minimal.

Refrigerator,micro wave,coffee machine and the shower.

The sink faucet core was reversed,hot to the right ,cold to the left.Toilet was too low ,was loose and the seat too.No grab bar to help standing up.The door jam to the deck was rotted at the base.The air conditioner leaked water.

I liked the availability of a pet friendly room & the desk clerk was very kind, accommodating & professional when I needed assistance.

What I didn’t like was that this facility was advertised as non-smoking, and the first room I was assigned reeked heavily of smoke. I have asthma and can not tolerate this. Luckily, there was another pet friendly room that was free of smoke. The difference was night & day. Also, we woke up to a small ant infestation on the desk by the microwave & fridge. We didn't use the microwave & only kept drinks & meds in the fridge.

Nice room for the price!

Breakfast was basic in a bag that wasnt breakfast. It was a granola bar and juice with fruit cup.

It was smelly and run down. The sauna was empty. The breakfast was a joke. The OJ was rancid, as was the half and half. The sink was in the bed, not the bathroom.

No early check in, hottub listed on line not available, AC not working when we checked into room, no shampoo, continental breakfast was sparse, the coiunters and tables were filty and the orange juice looked like motor oil.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were ample linens in the bathroom.

We requested a Handicap Accessible room. The accommodations made in the room were a far cry from meeting even the most basic of ADA standards. The toilet was 2.5 feet off the ground, MUCH too low for someone with physical disabilities. The sink had a countertop that extends 6 inches to the sink and 10+ inches to the faucet handle. The vanity was also over 4 feet tall, This is not reachable by someone who is wheelchair-bound. The tub was approximately 3.5 feet high and there was a rail along the inside at tub level and one outside of the tub. There are not enough rails/bars inside the shower/tub that would allow a disabled person to shower or lift themselves out of a tub nor was the one installed in a proper location or angle. There was also no shower chair available or offered so my companian was not able to bathe for the duration of our stay. The wooden ramp to enter the building has loose and sinking deck boards making it unstable and it's covered in various sizes of mats creating a trip-and-fall hazard. It was also not noted anywhere the cleaning service only comes through every 3 days so you have to track down staff for additional coffee, cups, etc.

Thought the price was good till we were in the room. Front desk was great.

Had to put towels down to sit on sofa. Rusted out grids in bathroom suspended ceiling. Missing cover on gfi receptacle in bathroom. Drawer not cleaned out from previous guest. TV remote not there.

It was raining horribly the day I checked in but didn’t notice until late as I was at work for most the day/night (closing shift) & the ceiling in my room was leaking

We liked the location the staff and the room was clean and didn’t smell. Bed was comfortable.

The room was out dated pictures on line are deceiving. We didn’t have hot water for two nights and we stayed for three nights and four days. The toilet was sketchy needed to flush many times. The shower/bathtub leaked and water spilled out onto the floor and we needed to use many towels to clean up the water. The sink was located in the sleeping area and also leaked. The continental breakfast was awful 😞 located in the lower level. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was taped up and dirty. This is a motel that houses families like a shelter the next door guy was bumping his music. Not a place I would ever stay again. Very disappointing

I love that Jacuzzi it's so relaxing and I love the bed i slept great

I wish they had a breakfast buffet next to the coffee station that would be nice.

The room bad odor, the shower curtain didn’t stay at the end so floor got all wet

***** please read**** Don't let these other reviews stop you from staying. This is our second time here and we love it. For the price you really can not complain. check in was a breeze and informative ( there is a deposit required if you pay cash) a Indian restaurant next door with a lounge and management said if you show your key card you get a discount (we did not try) the hotel does need makeover but again what do you expect for the price I only smelled the smell of cigarettes once room nice and clean smelled fine we had room 120 (we had the king size bed) comes with microwave small coffee maker ice bucket iron and board mini fridge and one chair plenty of space for storage a desk plenty of outlets in the room including USB ports. Pool hours are 1pm - 930/10pm (the pool should be open early) the pool is on the bottom level the pool is 4ft deep the pool water is ok once you get in but definitely not heated but not freezing if that makes sense also the pool has two sliding doors on each side of the pool for relaxing outside in the summer time the jacuzzi is not working and because it was our second time coming (it wasn't working the first time either) we asked and was told there will be no more jacuzzi. There is breakfast in the bottom floor same floor as the pool they have cereal, breakfast pastries, bread (bagels English muffins and wheat and white bread), fruits, coffee juice and there was eggs and sausage. There is a Walmart across the street from the hotel along with a five guys burger place Foxwoods is 20 mins away along with other things in the area My wife and I have came here twice so far and it's really not bad if your just looking to get away from the for the weekend and get out of the city in our cause our state which is Massachusetts

The room's bed was okay and the bathroom was okay to use, although the bathroom sink was in the bedroom next to the bed and the room appeared somewhat clean.

The smell when you walk into the facility to check in and the elevator smelled like cigarettes. The elevator entrance fame and floor were disgusting and poorly cleaned by lazy personnel. Which now made everything else seem suspect and with good reason what they deem breakfast is more like disgusting and makes me think and suspect the rooms are likely not properly sanitized. Although the bed was okay it now makes me think whether they truly sanitize what is being washed. They need someone from Wyndham hotels and remove them from their affiliation because in my view this place is more of a lower-class motel that requires several fixures and improvements to meet the false stars it presently has on the Bookings website because it was truly a false advertisement by someone or a group of individuals.

The location was excellent with lots of parking. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage.

The facility was outdated and some facilities like the laundry machines although they can be used did not have laundry soap etc in the hotel.
