I liked there was no carpet; the bed was comfortable, microwave and fridge were good.

Being on a lower floor. We were put on the third floor with no elevator. Two seniors with two small dogs and stuff...up and down, up and down. The 2nd floor stairwell smelled "pissy".

The property was close to all activities I had to attend over the weekend.

The property is older and it showed. Upkeep could have been a little better. Blankets with cigarette burns in them. Gummy handrails on stairs.

Rooms were clean

Coffee in the morning was terrible. Vending machine. The blankets on the bed had burn holes in them. The bathroom towels were terrible. They gave you really small bath towels just slightly bigger than hand towel.

Excessive loud music , people yelling, people arguing. Mattress and entire bed was horrible, walls are paper thin, u can hear someone's phone conversation etc., Absolutely a waste of money.

Honestly it's the worst place I have ever stayed at me and my husband... Horrible service ever ... The lady was in the phone didn't even stop for a sec not even while checking us in . The place is dirty as hell... Trash stinks near the ice machine make you wanna throw up... Every single worker is so rude and I can't even explain .. don't you go there not even for emergency like us. Rooms stinks bad stinks floor I walked for a sec and my white socks turned black. I had to throw everything I had with us in the washer the minute I got back home cause the smell of all my clothes and stuff was making me sick to my stomach. DONT RECOMMANDE FOR NO ONE HONESTLY

The staff are very kind and welcoming, and they responded immediately when there was an issue with the room. I have nothing bad to say about them.

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. I woke up at 4 in the morning, wide awake and with huge itchy bumps on both of my arms. Right away, I noticed a little bug crawling across the blanket. A second later, I saw another, even bigger bug crawling towards me. After comparing the bugs and the itchy bumps on my arms to pictures online, it became very obvious that they were bed bugs, and I had been bitten several times. I had to bag up all of my clothes and leave the room immediately, and pray that nothing hitched a ride on me and infested my own home. I'm still itchy almost 5 days later.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very rude I wanted to change two nights to one because plans changed and said that they couldn’t do it. I had to some communication back and forth with booking.com and all of the sudden it was all set. When getting into the room, it totally needed to be finished fixing up, it needed a lot of cosmetic things done like u would expect a motel to have done (caulking in the bathroom etc.) Then we had a queen size bed that felt like we were sleeping on a trash can and was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on.
