La tranquilidad de la habitación y el área tranquila del hotel, el hotel no está renovado pero se ve bien, la habitación pasaban todos los días a hacer la limpieza, áreas fuera limpias y dentro del hotel, me gusto mucho volvería a hospedarme, gracias .

El desayuno bueno pero todos los días lo mismo pudieran variar eso

We were upgraded to a nice suite with a double bed instead of the twin room we booked. There was a microwave and two fridges and coffee machine and a lot of space. Breakfast was nice with oatmeal and healthy options available instead of the usual sugary breakfast.

Lighting in rooms is wall only so the room was dark

The breakfast could’ve been better and they also should have offered besides sausage maybe bacon and or turkey or chicken sausage everyone doesn’t eat pork. Overall was pretty good

Breakfast was good. Turn down service was good. Bed was good, pillows were good. Internet was good. The in room air conditioner worked well, and had a nice fan. Staff at breakfast was very kind, and attentive.

The lobby, elevator, and hallways are dirty, and don't seem to receive a lot of attention. Paint is chipped on most walls, with stains and or gashes. Elevator had a number of lights out in the ceiling so it felt extra dingy. The elevator also smelled like a mix between weed and cigarettes. (I don't know that this is the hotel's fault) There was also an exposed circuitboard in plain site from the control panel in the elevator. The room was mostly clean aside from water stains on the ceiling. The walls are pretty thin, so it's easy to hear others around you. Staff at the desk seemed preoccupied.

I’ve clean property

Nice clean property. Close to stores and Starbucks. Close to shopping center. Rooms were ok and clean for the most part. About a 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Overall a Nice two days stay. Didn’t use the pool l, but it looked nice and clean. Didn’t have breakfast.

Loved the front desk person. She was super helpful and very friendly!

Toilet wouldn't flush properly. The chain to the flapper was broken. Too tired to complain that night. We mentioned as we left. Front desk person didn't apologize for the inconvenience.

Service was top-notch. Desk clerk made the extra effort to contact me when our room was ready for check-in.

Facility is dated and is due for remodeling. We were in a first floor room, which was not carpeted.

Location. Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Lights were burnt out. Small frig. The smell of marijuana everywhere. Especially in the hallway. People visibly smoking right out front.

Wonderful staff, kind and helpful. Beds nice, air worked, very clean.

Older hotel, arrived late and area is in the dark. No lights identifying the hotel until right in the driveway in the ground. Enter into back or hotel. Small rooms, hardly a suite. Key card never worked. Had to be rekeyed every time we used it. Ice machine on 2 nd floor didn’t work. Vendor machine not stocked, “the lady had been gone and hadn’t come to refill”. Hmmm.

Clean room; good value with included breakfast

Hair dryer was not working. Asked for a replacement. Did not get it.
