The room was good decent clean, the outside of the property is beautiful most of the staff members was wonderful

It was one staff member that had an attitude with me when me and my boyfriend had to wait 6 hours to get our room even though we paid to check in early. The room keys didn’t work most of the time so that was terrible

It is in a wonderful area. Stores and restaurants were in close proximity.

Comfortable and in good condition

Floors were dirty, especially the hard floors and the closet floor. Staff were nice, but nowhere to be found at checkout.

Staff were all great, friendly and helpful. Room size was excellent if needed would do extended stay there.

Would like to see USB charging ports in rooms. Two minor things I noticed. 1. Heat/AC was beginning to rust. 2. Vent in shower was beginning to need cleaning.

The luggage carriers were very dirty, & the drawers in the kitchen were dirty. The toilet was singing, but an employee replaced the piece that had worn out. The elevator broke down for a day or two, but a helpful employee carried my groceries up 2 flights of steps with strength & cheer. Everything looked old & worn, but the staff said that in 2024 the hotel is going to be remodeled. I will wait till it is remodeled before staying there again.

There was no breakfast offered. The front desk stated if you want to buy some of the items they had in the refrigerator they would charge it to your room .

Great location and really fair value. We didn’t need them this time, but they had free washer dryers which is a nice amenity.

I loved my 1-bedroom queen suite. It has all the convenience and comfort of home. That was important because I tend to stay in Brentwood for weeks at a time.

I noticed some disrepair around the property but people were working on it. I am concerned about the mildew around the window seams.
