The location is in a good place in town . Breakfast was decent .

It looked nice and was located perfectly for our needs. The staff was wonderful!!!

I could not take a bath even though there was a tub. We had to switch rooms because our keys did not work twice. The AC was not working consistently. There was no water in the vending machines.

The night manager was nice enough to let us use their kitchen fridge as ours wasn't working. My friend liked that he could make a waffle in the am.

Didn't know it was a pet friendly hotel and some idiot had a huge loud barking dog with them. Luckily not next to our room. The fridge in the room didn't work and we needed it. My friend fixed it but it was annoying that he had to do that as he had to pull it out to work on it and it was filthy on top and around it. When checking out I told the desk guy (didn't seem like a manager) to leave a message for the night manager that we got the fridge working. Kiddingly I said "we should get a discount for saving them money" and got no reaction from him. He didn't appear to even understand what I said and he seemed like he didn't want to even be there! He get's a 1 star rating.

They checked me into a dirty room initially. Howe, upgraded me as a result.

No maid service for 3 night stay, Breakfast options have REALLY been cut back from previous stays.

I liked the king size bed, the television with premium channels and the refrigerator in the room.

The shower was disaster. It had one of those mobile shower heads and water was spilling everywhere and shower head was hitting the side wall and I could not get it to adjust.

The staff was fabulous! Front desk great. Managememt even better.

No couch, super small room, no roll away beds available.
