the bed and bedding was horrible. The blanket was paper thin and the bed was hard as a rock! We had a suite with a pull out for 2 kids and they only provided 1 pillow and 1 blanket. I had to call for another pillow and blanket!! The shower faucet was broken and barley hanging on and the a/c unit was also broken and barely hanging on. It made such a loud shaking noise all night. I couldn’t even sleep through it. We paid top dollar, $700 for 2 nights and I felt like I was in a motel 6. Another thing is the pool towels are only big enough for a toddler. An adult would need 3 towels to even cover there body! Lastly they supposedly offer complementary happy hour from 5-7 but I learned at arrival they stopped that during covid and haven’t updated there website. I asked if they would comp a bottle of wine or beer since we were expecting it when arriving at 530 but they would not.

Everything went well, from check in to check out. Cheerful greeting and fast check in. Good quick elevators. The room had been cleaned very well no trace of past guests, The breakfast offered a lot, only extra would be a muffin or sweet roll choice.

Room was very clean. Needed minor service to fix TV remote. Enjoyed our stay.

Morning breakfast staff over the weekend was super nice.

The staff who I dealt with in order to get a different room- because our toilet wouldn't flush and AC was broken- was rude, curt and seemed as if helping me was the very last thing she wanted to do. The next day when I requested a late check out by an hour- she promptly denied that. (after I had experienced several inconveniences) I emailed the site manager and never heard back.

The room could have smelled better it stinks like mode and the bathroom sink is stopped up. The pillows are flat on the bed.

Modern and had everything we needed. Close to both Old Town and convenient access to wine country.

First night my son had a huge cockroach under his pillow and didn’t want to stay by himself so ended up sleeping in our room for the whole time we stayed there. The hotel refused to refund us for the room he didn’t stay in. Air conditioning was terrible, staff were very unhelpful. the Hotel Manager gave us the run around, staff telling us she would be there at certain times but when we interrupted our activities to be there at the time agreed, were told that she had just left. Really awful service. Dirty bathroom. Will never go back. Avoid at all costs!
