Staff was very accommodating

I had a handicapped room and the room was small and it only had one chair and a double rather than a queen or king bed

Git charge twice, but 1 tranaction was put back on my card, but then I got a wierd charge after that a d it wasnt for incidentals. Sone lady tried to come in my room at 2am and then a guy was screaming on the 3rd floor all night bamming on someone's door for them to open the door for about an hour!!!

King bed was difficult to get around.

Airport shuttle hassle which was un-necessary.

Breakfast was cold. The people in the room next to us kept us up most of the night screaming at her kid and woke us up at 6:00am screaming at their kid again.

Very clean, breakfast had a great selection, and conveniently located.

It was a very good place to stay. However, I book a King bed suite and it was so small, we could barely get through between the end of the bed and the tv stand, the sofa when opened, left no room to move, and made it difficult to get into the bathroom at night. Amazing, comfortable bed and staff was extremely happy, helpful and nice.

The room was very dirty. The mattress in the fold out couch was disgusting, sorry there are no other words. You had request the pillows and sheets for it and they said no pillows were available. The elevators also looked like they were falling apart. We had booked 3 nights but checked out after 1.

Carpeting was stained, wake-up call did not occur and room was not cleaned or made up the following day. I was told that I needed to request that it be cleaned.

The bed was very small and the location was in a bad area. I didn't feel comfortable at all and could not wait until until it was morning. And yes I skipped breakfast. I've been to several of your hotels in the past and I must say this was not a good experience for me.

Found a better location, the pictures actually fooled me into thinking this was a going to be comfortable stay but it was anything but that. I am only being honest.

Room was not ready, so moved to another room and that was not stocked, such no coffee

The bed was comfortable. Shower was dingy, but good water flow and plenty of hot water.

The room was tiny, dingy, no sound proofing, hallways smelled like sewage, and breakfast was not very good.

Staff was nice, room was clean enough, breakfast was ok, location was good for where we needed to be, water pressure was good in the shower, pillows were comfortable.

Rooms are quite dated, all the metal inside the room and bathroom was corroded from the dresser drawers to towel racks. Only one elevator worked, our key cards for the room were reset 4 times during our 2 day stay. Tv remote was broken with sharp plastic corners and barely worked for volume/channel selection. Super thin and small bath towels. Bed was pretty hard and kind of uncomfortable.

Someone at the desk tried to charged all 6 reserved rooms for my family and I on my credit card before we arrived that afternoon-I choose pay upon arrival with Booking.com. Luckily- my credit card only allowed them to charge 3 before it started declining for suspicious activity!
