Jacuzzi tub broke

breakfast is always good, perfect location for what we are doing and can still walk to the stockyards. we have stayed many times and will most likely continue to stay there when we are in the area.

Courtesy bus and very helpful and entertaining driver. Laundry room. Good TV and wifi. Clean kitchen. Availability of snacks, water, drinks in reception.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The "breakfast " was just very small glasses of juice and a store bought looking pastry, very non-existent. The beds were very uncomfortable, and it was very stuffy and humid in the room. The weekend we went was very rainy.

Proximity to the Fort Worth Stockyards! Great breakfast for the kind of hotel.

Cable wouldn’t stay in the wall. Bathtub would clog up with water. Room was worn down!

Clean and great location

Had to leave 2 days early due to family emergency death. They left the status active after we checked out. Booking has tried to reach out to them with no response. Trying to get a partial refund. They tell us they can’t change or do anything , do to us booking thru a 3rd party.

O conforto das camas. Apesar de ter pedido uma cama king, nosso quarto haviam duas camas queen. Ok foi uma noite apenas e acabamos cada um dormindo em uma cama pra ficar mais espaçoso e poder dormir melhor. A cama era boa e bem relaxante.

Preferia ter dormido em cama king size, mas de resto poderia apenas mordenizar os banheiros para box de vidro.

BREAKFAST NEEDS A LITTLE WORK. NOT BAD BUT COULD BE BETTER

Great location for the Stockyards! Right off the highway so traffic is a little loud at times but not too bad. Hotel offers a free shuttle bus after 6pm but otherwise it’s only around $7 in an Uber as not in walking distance. Room was a great size, fully equipped with comfy beds, fridge and microwave and a shortage lounge area. Breakfast was good considering it’s included and certainly enough to keep you going. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even gave us complimentary concert tickets for Billy Bob’s which would have otherwise cost us $40 general admission. Right next door is a Mexican restaurant so on our last night we chose to have a couple of drinks there instead of venturing out. 7-Eleven is just a couple of mins away too if you need to grab some supplies. Would def stay here again if we returned to Texas as although it’s not right in the heart of all the action, the competitive pricing makes it worth the Uber journeys compared to the prices in the Stockyards.

El desayuno y la piscina.

Pague por una habitacion y cuando llegue me dijeron que estaria lista para el siguiente dia, por lo que me dieron una habitacion que no era la que habia reservado. El cuarto tenia articulos de otras personas en el piso (medias, articulos personales). Cuando abrimos el sofa cama estaban las sabanas sucias y revueltas por lo que claramente se sabe que no lo limpiaron. Los muebles de la habitacion estaban manchados. Las personas fumando dentro de la piscina viendo que habian niños.

Random spot but very convenient I'm sure for alot of people.

Just the smell of the room. Looks like they did some renovations but maybe a little more tlc and it wouldn't be so bad. Some paint and maybe carpet removal I'm sure it holds the smell of what maybe had smokers before. Not entirely sure but the beds weren't bad at all we slept comfortably. Clean as well.

Staff did the bare minimum. Had very poor experience with shuttle service. On the way to the stockyards we got down to reception at 17:50 for 18:00 shuttle. At 18:20 we were still waiting for it. When we called for pick up post the bull riding we kept getting the driver’s voice message. 45 minutes later after numerous messages he texted us. By that time we had got a lyft ride service back. The shuttle service was the reason we chose the hotel and we did not use it again.

Very pleasant stay, family friendly, and located close to nearby attractions. I will use them again!

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was ok. It was clean and comfortable.

Room was a little dated. The fire alarm (I assume) going off at 4am.

We were here for three nights for a wedding, and the room was exactly what we needed! Large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel requires a keycard for entry in the evening, which I liked as an added layer of security.

The location is ok — close to the Stockyards (a 10-minute drive) but you can't really walk anywhere.
