Absolutely nothing!

The desk attendant was very rude, condescending etc ..not very happy with his did-service. As well the hotel smelled like marijuana- so unacceptable!! I The room was not cleaned properly, the mirrors had visual water stains all over. Debris on the floor, the shower curtain smelled sour! I was not happy @ all! I am not going 2 book rooms with Booking.com again. Literally each time I book with you guys what you show on the site is never what is actual and factual in real life. Your pics are not updated and the reviews must be bogus! Another horrible thing is it was freezing in the room when I entered. I literally had 2 turn in the heat, leave the room for a while and re-enter just to be warm!!! Not comfortable @ all!!!!!!

I asked them to fix the toilet seat repeatedly and they never did. The bathtub is disgusting!

The room was super clean

My shower drain was clogged and took 2 nights to fix. Manager was super apologetic and did everything he could to make it right. Can't complain about that.

Good staff. The hotel was overall very clean and had decent swim area. The breakfast was good too.

No room cleaning unless you asked? Not. Even then it didn't happen. The manager told me it's a language issue, she can't communicate with them because they speak English. Housekeeping couldn't understand we needed toilet paper. We finally just took it off the cart and showed them. The lady at the breakfast bar asked for a tip.😟😲 Really??? We came a day early and left a day early, just moving our stay up a day and leaving a day early. . They refused us a refund and charged us for the day we checked out. Seriously? No extra coffee, no extra cups, slept on sheets for 4 nights out of our nights we stayed. Need I say more?????
