Excellent staff, from check in to our departure. Had a positive attitude. Excellent breakfast - it started the day off right with the family. Would stay again for sure.

The room was clean and pretty nice. On a positive side the staff allowed me to have a late checkout that made a huge difference in the rest of my day.

The view from the only window was of concrete. It was right above the front door entrance. If you looked out the window all you could see was concrete. Coffee maker didn't work. No restaurant or bar on premises.

convenient location with lots of restaurants near by. the breakfast was great !! staff was super friendly as well. amenities in my room were great an the bed was super comfy

the pool was a pretty dirty an didn’t smell like much a pool.

We could hear people walking up and down and sounds from nearby rooms. Very loud thuds in the morning from upstairs

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly

I didn't like how the temp of the room was too cold and I go to turn it up and it wouldn't go up. So we had to sleep cold and how when I got to the front counter also your computer system wasn't working that well and it did take almost an hour just to get the key.
