Huge beds , clean bathrooms, perfect location 👌 all was just great !

Paid 2 x for parking 🙈 and there is not double room with this doors in between we are traveling with 4 kids and I don't want to split my family so we slept all in one room

The AC didn't work, maintenance reset the system and said it would be working in a couple hours, it never did. We were giving an ADA room (even though I specifically paid for a regular room) that didn't have bathroom counters, the closet was so low that my hung dresses were touching the floor, everything was at below waist level which was a nuisance to us. The ice bucket had mold inside. The entry light didn't work and the maintenance guy said nothing could be done because it was just an old building. Overall it wasn't good. We had to complain over and over until they moved us to another room the next day and that was clean and everything worked.

Valet parking terrible and expensive, no ice in the ice machine, only available on 3 floor, I stay in the 15 floor.

I liked the style of the hotel and the hussling of the staff. They did do good work. Shoutout to the woman who was hustling doing so much at 11am July 4th for dealing with check in people and check out people at the same time. Tv was amazing though had good cable.

I didn’t enjoy the valet. Honestly there was no purpose in it. Too expensive for having to pay people. It would make the property alot better. Cleanliness my room was af fresh as I think it should be. Mattress was dirty and stains in the one bed. Dirty knife is the room. And pieces of the ceiling did chip. Tv was

The staff were friendly, helpful & understanding. I liked that I was within walking distance to the boardwalk. I liked that the staff readily offered additional perks to make my stay more pleasant. I liked that the staff was always available & willing to let me into the stairwell because I don’t take elevators.

I didn’t like the “mandatory” valet parking option. I didn’t like the valet process: texting my ticket # to the given number didn’t work. I didn’t like that there were only 2 valet workers during the busy checkout time. I didn’t like that the first room I was assigned to was not clean & ready for guests.

You could hear the neighbors having sex next door the whole time. From the time we checked in, to when we came back later that night. It was like the room was rented for prostitution. They had a speaker and turned the music up very loudly late at night. We did eventually call the front desk to have the music turned down, but then you could hear them having sex again.

I liked the room and the view. I couldn’t hear thru the walls which was the first time in awhile that hasn’t happened in a hotel.

We got a knock on the door from security for our tv music being too loud at 7:30/8pm. It was turned up because we were getting ready to go to the casino because well it’s AC and that’s what you do, but it was only 8pm. Most hotels I know of have a quiet time and it later than 8pm so that kinda sucked considering I paid for 2 rooms for 1 night and it was my birthday.

Una pessima esperienza dall'inizio alla fine. I letti alla francese scomodi e strettissimi, inadatti per 2 adulti. La colazione piu triste mai vista in un albergo. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato per 4 adulti inclusa colazione, e appena arrivati ci comunicano che la colazione era valida solo per 2 persone. Tra l'altro era pure limitata con scelta di 1 sola bevanda e 1 combo salata o dolce. Mai visto una cosa simile. Il parcheggio a pagamento: sulla prenotazione c'era scritto 20$/giorno, invece il costo era di 28$/giorno. È stata la peggiore esperienza in un albergo e di nuovo la prenotazione non rispettava la realtà.

It is clean.

While booking the private parking was included, but when we arrive at the hotel they said it is not included. We had to pay parking for the whole day. The breakfast is not woth paying for, (1bagel with cream cheese or toast or a sandwich) and a coffee.

The room was clean.

I paid for breakfast and was unable to get breakfast. The reason was the system was down and because they can’t generate a receipt, breakfast could not be served.

Was a BEAUTFUL hotel but I wasnt sure that paying $20 a night for parking is acceptable....

Surrounding area not so great

I liked that it was in the heart of Atlantic City is close to walk to everything over there since you’re on the boardwalk or beach. It was very clean and a lot of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the guy working in the restaurant/bar at the main entrance was above and beyond with any help and making sure our food order was correct. I can’t remember his name, but had a baseball cap on; but again he was great. So overall staying there for the first time in Atlantic City; it was worth it.

The only thing that I had to say, is you have to pay for parking per night at the hotel or rather all the hotels apparently in Atlantic City. I’ve never heard of that, but apparently it’s something they do in New Jersey and New York. So expect it will be very expensive in the summertime.

The disturbing fact about the two people in the bistro is, they selectively serve the customer. Me and my friends family were always rude for whatever reason those two working in the bistro had in their mind. Not sure how different we are from a few others they were serving to their table. Our food was put on the side and we have to find it by ourselves. They did their best to insult us. But these are people who don't even appreciate their job. They are insulting their job. Overall it's a waste of money trying this Marriott.

I took a shower first then my husband. He said the hot water ran out in the middle of his shower.

The room was clean when I arrived and the bed was comfortable.

There’s was no hot water as I had to wait 10min for it to come on. Room service is done every other day when I asked for my bedsheets to be cleaned. Front desk receptionist wasn’t available as I had to wait several minutes in order to pay for the beverage. Just like I had to wait for a truck to unload in order to enter the parking list at the only way in was blocked off and had it not been for another guest who was also waited that we went around an entered through the exit way of the parking lot. Guest should be given more information when their checking in as I had no ocean view but a view of all the other hotels. The male/african american receptionist that was there on 12/15/23 mid afternoon should be more friendly as he was rude.

I booked a sea view room and upon my request to actually get a sea view room, they told me they “only have city views”. I asked for a full refund a day before checkin, and never checked in. It’s been two weeks and the only thing they are telling me is that Booking.com has to contact them, which I know they did, to confirm a refund. They also lied to booking.com and said I did check in “at 2:35 pm” which is funny enough because I was checking in to a hotel in NYC exactly at that time and have proof of that. The customer feedback team did contact me but didn’t seem to be interested in my reply as they never responded. What an unprofessional service, incredible!

las instalaciones, como habitación, ducha, camas, etc estaban muy bien La amabilidad del personal, especialmente la empleada del bar del desayuno, frente al front desk. Excepcionalmente gentil y amable.

Los ascensores tardan mucho. Teniamos vecinos ruidosos y a pesar de los carteles pidiendo silencio andaban a los gritos por los pasillos del piso 10 El precio de los alojamientos en general ha subido mucho mas que los indices inflacionarios.
