MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS HORRIBLE! IT LOOKED VERY CHEAP. OLD BUILDING, ROWDY MOTEL LOOK, NO FACILITIES, AND BREAKFAST IN ANOTHER MUCH MUCH BETTER HOTEL. IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE NEARBY CASINOS AND BOARDWALK IT WAS A DISASTER. (THESE I DID NOT LIKE, SORRY.)
I WAS CHARGED $50 FOR PARKING AND I ARRIVED IN TAXI. I CLAIM THE CHARGE AND I WAS TOLD TO CLAIM IT TO YOU, BOOKING! WHERE THE BUCK STOPS? AND MY MONEY/ I'LL BE WAITING FOR AN ANSWER. GRACIAS.

Drugs and prostitution on premises. Pictures are very deceiving the swimming pool and the place to eat are across the street not on the premises

It was close to the beach,it was cheap rooms
The pool was very dirty and the room floors needed to be cleaner,and parking was crazy

The location is great.
The rooms are nasty. The bus bathroom looks better than theirs. The ice machine has mold. They want an extra 100 for a deposit. There is no balcony. The refrigerator was stuck closed. The microwave is in the lobby only with the molded ice machine.

Stayed due to location of event.
Bitten by " bedbugs "!!!!! Won't give a refund only willing to change room. Didn't seem accountable or apologetic for my being severely bitten. Only offered business card to book directly.

The room was small the bathroom door didn't close or lock..all the outlets didn't work either..

There were people above us that kept us up all night. My daughter had to get up early the next morning for a cheer competition. Even my 3 year old son couldn’t sleep. I just wasnt satisfied with it.

it’s close to casinos you want to get to this place is close to the beach if it was summer time

place had roaches, shower curtain smelled like pee
I couldn’t take my things out of the suitcase due to the roaches I had to keep my suitcase zipped up
we couldn’t seek another hotel because cancellation fee

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating at check out, let me keep my car there past check out for an hr.The bed was surprisingly comfortable..not the most comfortable, but I was expecting worse. Onsite parking is a plus
Whatever cleaner that is used to clean floors ,etc, has a strong smell ,tho not a bad smell, overpowered my nostrils, caused issues while I slept, it also made the floor slippery. The chest of drawers were broken and sealed shut. It's a cheap motel, I feel sorry for the owners, they can't control what clients do, and can't fix everything on that budget. Ppl are destroying fixtures, burnt marks on sink, burnt marks on curtains .. Visible vandalism throughout the room,but at 111.00 dollars to be right across from the Trop..just for an overnight.. It has its use. if your squeamish about fixtures, smells, being exposed to street level noises and seeing transient ppl as soon as you open your door..don't book this hotel
