Beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was super friendly in the location is great.

My room was just surfaced cleaned… Mirrors, dirty not fully dusted. Furniture and carpet could be refreshed.

Room was really great for the value. One of the best rooms for the price I’ve had in a casino.

There’s a lot of open space that doesn’t really make sense to me and makes the hotel feel empty, which isn’t fun for a casino. It’s also at the end of the boardwalk so a bit far from everything.

It’s beautiful inside and has a lot of restaurants and shops. You don’t have to leave if you didn’t want to.

Ocean steakhouse was not good. The wait for our food took an hour and the food wasn’t hot. Waste of time and money.

I liked the location on the boardwalk and proximity to the beach. The parking was simple in the attached garage - cost is 15.00. The room was beautiful, we booked an ocean view and I would consider the room we were assigned as a partial ocean/ city view. I am not sure if any room completely face the ocean. The room had huge windows and the bathroom was updated and had plenty of space. Everything in the room was quality. i stay in a lot of hotels and the bed in this one might be the best hotel mattress i have ever slept onz The hotel was secure, you had to scan your room key to get into the area where the elevators lead to the hotel rooms. The restaurants were mostly closed during our stay, which was disappointing because we had to leave the hotel for decent (non- food court type) food.

The casino was just okay- the area hotels seemed newer and les smokey in the casino.

I would suggest that who ever is cleaning the rooms that they pay attention behind the two night stands for bottles, trash that was left in the room. It was reported but no one came to clean the room better.

I love that it is modern and always smells good in the lobby area, love the park area, the different choices of restaurants, the ocean view and floor to ceiling windows

Stayed at this resort multiple times on different occasions and also for my birthday for the pass 5 years but I don’t like that the bedside frames had stains on two occasions when I checked in.

I loved everything about Ocean. It was an awesome trip.

The food was pricey, but overall good. The common areas in the actual hotel and casino were nice. The views were great.

All four rooms were NOT acceptably clean. The carpet in the rooms were badly stained, the hallways were littered, the rooms had no tissues, layers of dust in each room. One of the rooms had a strong smoke odor each night, but it was a so called non-smoking floor/room. Excessively loud disco/rock music heard in the rooms until 1:00 A.M. one of the rooms also heard loud hammering until about 12:00 A.M Overall, not a good experience. Checkout was extremely disappointing, very unorganized and poorly staffed resulting in an extremely long wait. The baggage claim was not user friendly - difficult to discern where to go/what to do; very chaotic. Because of the layout/design of the hotel and casino, it requires an excessive amount of walking! Multiple slot machines failed to operate properly.

Ease of getting around and the amount to do. Food selections were very good.

How expensive everything was. Wanted to make it a 2 night stay but couldn't afford it at these prices.

First of all the hotel smell so good. I celebrate my Birthday their. I would recommend your hotel to family and friends. Restaurants excellent and reasonably priced.

Most things were satisfactory, except.....

Why did you rent us a room next to a construction project?!? Every morning at 7:00M we were awakened to the loud noises and banging of your workers. We tried to change rooms but were told it wasn't possible That is BS. We realize that renovations must happen...but: Tell prospective guests in advance so there are no surprises. and does loud construction really have to begin at 7:00am?. Why not 9am?

very nice staff and a very beautiful place to stay. tons of outside seating with great views of the shore.

they have a saltwater fish tank with 3 fish that are not well. all of the other fish look great, but the 3 should be taken out and treated

we loved the atmosphere and comfort. all employees were top of the line. super helpful and kind.

we came on a night when a ton of Fraternities were there and they were EXTREMELY rude and noisy in the room next to us in the late hours. but luckily the staff responded quick and resolved the issue

The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. There were many choices for food too!
