When we walked into the room there was a BAD smell of being like closed up and very stuffy. We went to the store and bought Lysol & a candle to get rid of the smell.

Price and location were good. Room was clean.

Needs new sheets and comforters. Towels thread bare some with small holes in them. Room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. People above were noisy.

It's a good, clean hotel, fairly basic, good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It was an older property but spotless. That’s all that matters to me. Staff very friendly.

mattress needs replacing, one side sagged and other side had a ridge down the length. bathrooms need to be updated.

The location and it's very quite

I was unable to take a shower. The tub was peeling and I didn't feel comfortable using it. I'm sure it was clean, but it grossed me out.

it was very quiet and comfortable; the coffee provided was real quality and the rooms had real cups and glasses, not plastic throwaways like most places have these days. the toiletries were lovely too. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable with just the right pillows, there’s a great breakfast place right across the road and it’s a short walk to a very nice beach.

The only thing I didn’t like as much was that it’s a long walk to Main Street, but to be fair it does cater more for drivers and there are several interesting shops and eateries just a short walking distance in either direction.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a fine night's sleep. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Wi-fi and heating worked fine. Free car parking was available. All in all, great value for money.

If I absolutely have to note something negative, it's that the window of the room did not lock.

The outdoor lighting may not have been working as the parking lot was dark when we departed.

Stayed with my best friend for am event about 30 minutes away. All of the staff that we met was amazing! Super nice and welcoming and gave us good recommendations of other things in the area. Location was great, tons of food options along the main road. Although on a main road it was still very quiet inside the room. Inside of the room was very clean, great space and it was cozy. Beds were comfy ! Nothing was dirty. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again for future trips to CT!

It kept to the standards of the comfort inn and the front desk clerk with the blonde hair was terrific. She gave me recommendations and was almost like a concierge.

I’ve stayed at several comfort inns before and most are in California however the food was always more varied. This location did seem to lack on food.
