That was located in Key West and remember there's two Fairfield inns it makes it easier going downtown. I live next to Okeechobee Lake and I come to Key West at least twice if not three times a year my point is this I'll be exploring more in different hotels. Till I find the one that fits me

I know it doesn't matter to some people but when they have a bar at the pool it shouldn't matter whether you're drinking Pepsi or Cokes if you're spending x amount of money per night you should be able to get whatever mixes you want and not have to be driven by whatever it's delivered and everybody knows what I'm talking about if it's a Pepsi place and you only get Pepsi if it's a Coke place then you only get Cokes that is just so wrong. Yes that's my rant on that one but the pool was excellent. The price Booking.com gave me wasn't the price the hotel charged..

The room was very dated,the lights on one side of the room did not work and when I called they said they would have to take apart the wall to replace the panel.

The manager Delven ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was incredible, very personable, and helpful. Definitely a great guy and asset to Marriott. All the rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Room service was slow and non-existent at times. Possibly understaffed as a result of covid?

The constant crowing of the roosters on the hotel grounds. 5am wake-up by roosters was unnerving

Alquile una habitación para 4 personas y el el sofá cama solo podía dormir 1 persona , solo mide 3 pies y 4 centímetro , la supervisora de ese día cuando fui al lobby a plantear el problema que yo viajaba con 2 personas de la 3 edad me dijo que si no me gustaba que tenía que alquilara otra habitación. Pésima actitud , nunca estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos , nunca mas regresaré a eso hotel , ni lo recomendaré

Bad wifi, mostly not working, very limited breakfast due to renovaiting, very dirty pool area ( floor were full of legvan poop)... and on top of that the breakfast area was at the pool....

The free parking ( I guess it was free) because they chaeged me more.

I had a booking reservation already paid. After check in they charged my credit card more. I saw after leaving but I can not reach them. On booking messenger they did not answear, they have an i message application they did not respond, on telephone they did not respond. There is no email on site so I reached marriot chat aggent who gave me an email for this hotel. I sent an email to that adress and came back said that they are not accepting emails from outside of organisation

beds are excellent, breakfast was good but would be better with bacon included as well.

Clean, nice bed, cool bathroom. Pool is just what you need and you can have drinks.

Is a bit far from Duval st, but the shuttle takes you there in just a few minutes.

The property is clean and at the top of the Key as you arrive which is great if you’re road weary with kids. Very well kept and clean!

The pool was 90 degrees, but it was 104 every day we were there.

Our room smelled so bad. Like someone throw up. We ask for another room but was not possible. They propose to push a parfum…never come. Room was durty. I paid 400$ for a night. Breakfast was include. When we came in the morning, juste one bread slice left. No juice, no more eggs…it was 8 am. Lunch room was so durty!! Can’t imagine the kitchen. Then we left to have breakfast in a nice restaurant. Don’t go there!!

maid service didnot come into room until the last day we had to find extra towels . we are still waiting to get double charges off our bill

They charged deposit and didn't charge back 150$ deposit, they don't reply my messages which is not good for a hotel, so it is too expensive when they get extra gain with your deposit.

We had booked our rooms and paid a deposit. We arrived shortly after midnight because we were delayed in arriving into Key West. The person at the front desk told us that our reservation was cancelled because we arrived after midnight. The hotel had also given away our rooms, and so we could not stay at the hotel. Terrible policy. No one attempted to email or call me at my cell phone which was part of the reservation.

The grounds were beautiful and the pool nice. Continental Breakfast decent. I also liked that they provide a free shuttle to Duval Street.

The property could use a fresh coat of paint. Walkways and stairwells were dirty. Iguana poop & pee around the pool and I never saw anyone cleaning it up. Guests didn’t realize they were walking through it.

Shuttle service Breakfast was decent Supervisor (Angela) and manager (Laura) who tried to repair our poor check-in experience Concierge is wonderful (Angelika)

The check in experience was a nightmare. Joey and Cristina should not be working with the public or should receive significant additional training.

pool was nice, pool area however was worn down, and the first time I went to the pool there were no towels

shuttle runs not often as I'd like, the pool area is run down, the bar is closed, there are often not towels, there is iguana excrement on the pavement, doesn't look to be frequently cleaned. The room itself was very worn, with visible spackle (unpainted or unprepared), giant dust bunnies (size of small animal), cracked tile, ripped rugs, water damage and rust (see pics!) so the maintenance and housekeeping isn't happening.How this can be a $500 per night room is beyond my comprehension! This is not up to snuff for a Marriott Bonvoy property.
