Big terrace, big appartments and very nice bathrooms

Pool is very shallow so gets very warm during the day, rooms are fairly dark and in need of an upgrade. But overall good value for money and close to historic part of Key West

Rooms were very nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great for our kids (6,8,10) but I felt that the facilities were a little underwhelming overall with some obvious omissions (e.g. no gym and Tiki hut area was very underinvested). Location suited us on the outskirts of Key West as with family it didn't suit to be in the heart of the nightlife and only a 5 minute drive anyway. One final point - There was construction going on during our stay (even at weekend) so fire alarms going off etc. This was a little frustrating as we didn't remember this being noted at the time of booking.

beautiful apartments , very nice pool

We loved this place! we rented a 2/2 for the weekend with my family. We were a group of 5 with a 3years old kid. We found that the apt was SPOT ON for cleanliness, space, commodity, amenities.. everything!

The tiki bar by the pool is the only restaurant - drinks are excellent.

Lack on food onsite

Everything was great. We loved the screened in porch. The large shower was amazing. Beds were comfortable.

The elevators weren’t working during our stay. That was a little inconvenient.

The views are excellent and the pool was a nice amenity. The room was also comfortable

It is quite far away from Old Town. There were also some unexpected additional charges upon checkout.

The living area and rooms were all comfortable and very clean. The screened in porch was awesome! They have a very nice pool and some other amenities. Staff was also very courteous and responsive.

not much we didn’t like. just wish they would’ve had an exercise facility on site.

The hotel is under construction. We left a day early due to the noise. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Didn’t realize when I booked that it was a timeshare place.. which is fine but didn’t want to sit through a talk when all we wanted was to get to our room.
