Absolutely nothing

Room cost over $550 a night total rip off and booking.com said it’s a room with a view. It was a view of absolutely nothing which I paid extra for total false advertising with booking.com Also, there was no beach access what so ever false advertising total lie along with the view I would never recommend this hotel or booking.com to anybody

Put hold on bank account when paying and cash extra fees. Leaking faucet, safety issues anyone could get in elevator room doors not closing properly. Registration problems nearly lost room.

Property very pretty and clean. Staff was friendly.

Broken elevator in blg 3 had to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs no bellhop offered to help. Maid didn’t refill coffee in room. Location not convenient to downtown-shuttle service only every hour and crowded. Too expensive-will opt for another hotel next time. Hotel direct pricing was way above booking price - had to cancel and rebook to get lower rate-wouldn’t offer late check out until day if leaving so couldn’t make plans.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly upon arrival. I straightened it up myself.

Shuttle bus drivers were very friendly. Parking Pillows Nice people Pool temperature Beach was very clean, good size, and private.

No view for the price. No room service

The restaurant was outstanding. The staff was well trained. The 24hr open pool we liked very much. Overall, the experience was more than expected. We appreciated it and will be back.

Restaurant was closed at lunch. The Chicken Walk filled in ok.

Location wasn't where I expected it to be on the map. They didn't offer room service.

Poolside service was nice

I was called to the lobby EVERY SINGLE DAY because they turned my key cards off, or checked me out early, or said something was wrong with my payment method… it ruined vacation for me. For the price I paid, I expected a better experience.

The fact it was beachfront

The jet ski people were rude. With kids in the water they acted crazy and the worker about hit my kid with water. He was the only one to do it and laughed.

How big the rooms where and location I also like the free shuttle services.

I didn't like how expensive the hotel food was. Very over priced food. I wish they had better options for dinner especially for kids. The furniture in the room was very brittle and the door handle fell off. It would have been good to have more supplies in the kitchen for their for their hotel suite like paper towels pots and pans

the room on the beach was phenomenal with a balcony and quick access to the beach the shuttle was very helpful

Pool was extremely small just lıke a private home pool size. The worst was the beach , they mention being beachfront however their tiny spot for swimming was invaded with jetskis makes impossible to swim at all the rest of the sand area is high from the water it just needs a stairs i guess marriot didnt want to investin in a small detail makes a lot of difference

Peple so rude front of the restaurant , pool restaurant workers cant speak english , there is no spot for swimming in the ocean pool was tiny , front dest staff is rude they serve pepsi!!! Not coca cola 😩
