The breakfast buffet is excellent. The free shuttle service is excellent. Staff friendly. The manager was actually helping out during breakfast and spent time chatting with guests at most tables. Impressive and unexpected.

The bed was extremely comfortable! That was the best part of the experience. Jasmine, at check-in was extremely helpful and courteous. The room itself was clean and spacious.
The fire alarm went off during the night. That was a little inconvenient. It seems some kids set it off.

The only thing that I didn't like was you would take a shower and it didn't have an off or on vent to get all the humidity out of the bathroom.and it would take forever for the humidity in the bathroom to go away. But everything else was great.

The room was a good size. Hotel itself had great accommodations, like food options for breakfast and dinner and evening happy hour.
I thought the food option for dinner (chicken alfredo) was kinda of bland and very sticky, and chicken had a lot of pepper, my little one's tummy become upset.
Staff was polite and would wave or smile in passing but not too much interaction otherwise- front desk and dining area.

Meals for the morning and evening was great, so were the drinks. Staff at meal time were great!! Room was quiet and bed very comfortable. I don't have complaints about the hotel but I do with front desk staff and information I was given when checking in. See other comments.
Upon arrival 10 minutes after 3pm, which is check-in time, the lady at the front desk mentioned she needed to check if the room is available. I asked, isn't check-in at 3pm? She stated, yes. So I'm like okay, so..?! She said it will take 10 minutes to determine if my room is available. I waited, because I had no choice and even had my spouse park the car from the entrance due to needing to wait for 10 minutes. My spouse walked in from parking our car and we got word the room was ready in less than 10 minutes. Now we had to walk to where the car was parked instead of by the entrance of the hotel. I go to the room and it is NOT the room I selected on Booking.com website. I called the front desk from the room to advise of the room being incorrect. The same woman that checked me in stated that the room must of been selected while I was booking the room or it was an error on my end. I go downstairs to show her my phone with the details and room I chose. Same lady states she spoke with her manager, before I went downstairs to speak with her in person, who mentioned that booking.com DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT IMAGES ON THEIR WEBSITE?!? What?!? She said this has been ongoing for years. Seriously?! Per her manager, they have made attempts to have it corrected with no success and they are not responsible for third party information. Management did not make an attempt to speak with me about the third party website information or apologize. I was not able to get the room I chose and the room I selected were all booked. It was very upsetting. I didn't get an apology untill I went downstairs to show the image and information from my booking. I didn't even get an apology when I had to wait on her checking if the room was ready after 3 pm. I don't even know if she really did speak with her manager. There wasn't much I could do and felt like I had no other options. It was my anniversary weekend and I didn't want anything else to ruin our weekend.

The hotel location is near nice restaurants and not that far from the Market place. The parking is free and very convinient to room. My daughters and i loved the breakfast and Kickback it was exceptional. Staff very nice always
