Property was nice and clean.
Was very upset, at 7:50 in the morning staff was vacumming the hallway banging into the doors. Then housekeepers banging on our door multiple times between 8:30 and 8:45 to come in and clean. I was still asleep. I finally yelled from bed there are people still trying to sleep in here. Check out wasn’t supposed be until 12. My wife and I were off the property by 9:30 was not impressed one bit.

hotel could not find reservation and sat there for two hours left and found another hotel. they said they could not find your confirmation for booking.com

If the breakfast didn’t start at $16.00 it would have been better. We went to ikea and spent $14.00 for two of us. At at least $175.00 a night you think they could throw in some breakfast. Continental is great.

The bed was comfortable. Good location. Small convenience area instead of just vending machines
Maybe 40 parking spots for a 6 floor hotel. Restaurant closed early, and wouldn't serve a drink. 2 out of the 3 outlets for USB charging were broken in suite.

The bathroom lighting was dull, not easy to see to apply makeup etc.
There was a problem with the drain in the tub, unable to take a bath or shower on the last day,not interested in having maintenance in the room late at night.

The breakfast was exceptional and the staff serving couldn’t have been better. Best part of the stay! The rooms are also very clean!
The price was waaay higher than last time we stayed here. Also the fact that this hotel doesn’t accommodate a family with 3 small children is very disappointing. We unfortunately will have to find more affordable and accommodating options next time. This place has always been a favourite so that’s disappointing.

Room was large, modern and well maintained/clean. Ikea and outlet mall as well as good restaurants nearby.
Beds were small, lumpy and uncomfortable.
