Breakfast was OK. Limited choices for a weekend.

Pool area and outside was dirty. Broken glass on walkways. Inside needs updating seriously.

Large spacious room with kitchenette sofa and friendly staff

Gym was tiny and the breakfast options were non existent for non dairy, non meat options

Easy check in/out clean rooms great value.

The Location..

I had trouble with key card and curtains in the room would not close for privacy. The light from outside was too bright at night from the window.

The Breakfast was not very tasty, limited and not very clean.

The Staff were absolutely appalling, very rude and no manners, especially the manager / front desk supervisor. She shouldn't be in customer service.

The African girl at the front desk was not friendly at all.. the sofa bed was really hard I do not recommend it to anyone... And the corer door smells like weed smoke..I couldn't wait for morning to check out..

Very good hotel, staff great, the only person I found rude was the Hispanic maintenance manager. Almost throwing me out with her rude accent, telling me twice she was the manager. Even though the front desk knew of my late checking out..didn't appreciate her attitude.

I just mention that woman, everyone else pleasant and smiles, made you feel welcomed.

Excellent beds and room service. Very nice breakfast bar ,ready and hot.Good variety of items to choose from. The reception area was well kept and the Front desk staff very efficient. Rooms were ready and no waiting. Extra towels were given upon request. I would use again as great location for us to visit family who liive nearby.

There seemed to be staff sitting around with loud phones just sitting in public areas. The elevators were dirty and musty smell in the hallways. People hanging around the parking lots, made us feel uncomfortable. The fact you had to ask for your room to be cleaned after paying $200.00 per night. That should be automatic. The furniture needs upgrade in the Lobby.

The breakfast was very poor relative to the significant price paid per night. There were no fitted sheets for the pull out bed. The matress was really dirty and uninviting and VERY uncomfortable. Way overpriced regarding value for money.

Room was ready at check in time ,the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice and hot, many choices to choose from. From cereal to Eggs and sausages or waffles if you wanted. Breakfast was plentiful. Very happy with my family stay. We stayed 3 days.

No complaints, would love to have stayed a little longer. Really enjoyed my 3 days staying their. Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet place.

The location was ideal for the type pf trip

The room stated it had a sleeper which was very dirty and in very poor conditions, the toilet was loose from the base and it shook every time was used. It needs to be deep cleaned and remodel to justify the holiday astronomical rate.

The location was perfect for a vacation, not to far from malls, shopping, gas stations, or restaurants.

The hotel needs to be updated it’s more of a motel than a hotel. The room smelled MUSTY each time we entered the room I was disgusted with the scent. The hot water in the tub was warm NOT HOT, the computer chair was shredded, the tv has a big line across it so it blacks out every 4 seconds… the hotel needs to be renovated.
